THE WORK
The team operates in a software-focused environment where a variety of software tools are employed ranging from MS Office, to the Atlassian suite to EPDM.
As a Software Configuration Analyst, you will:
• Coordinate across teams
• Assess and close COTS software license-related problem reports
• Support Third Party Compliance (3PC) team for license compliance
• Partner with IPT engineering to confirm COTS software requirements and obsolescence
• Partner with 3rd party/OEM vendors to confirm portal access, purchased versions, agreement types, OEM account information and obsolescence
• Work with 3rd party/OEM vendors for correct versions required (downgrades and upgrades)

The tasking of the team varies day-to-day based on program needs, so organization and communication skills are important to ensuring tasks are completed correctly and efficiently. Surge support is required to meet critical deadlines due to the work's critical nature, and extra effort may be needed.
Note: This position requires on-site presence in the Orlando office to meet client needs. Seeking individuals with the ability to intermittently flex work hours to support program schedules.

SUMMARY
The SCS Business Analyst is responsible for successful delivery of implementations and enhancements for D&H Supply Chain Services. The role is highly collaborative, coordinating with a broad range of cross-functional project stakeholders (internal and external).
The Business Analyst (BA) team is part of the Project Management Office (PMO) within IT. Senior Retail Merchandising Solutions Architect - Retail Merchandising Technology (Remote)
We are seeking a Senior Architect with deep expertise in retail merchandising systems to help shape and guide a large-scale merchandising transformation. This role focuses on enterprise architecture, platform integration, and technical strategy across core merchandising capabilities.
This is a hands-on architecture leadership role (not hands-on development) working closely with product, engineering, and business teams.
What You'll Do
Define and lead solution architecture for core retail merchandising systems
Guide technical strategy across demand planning, forecasting, allocation, and assortment planning
Ensure seamless integration between merchandising platforms and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Partner with product and agile delivery teams to drive scalable, enterprise solutions
Establish and uphold architecture standards, governance, and best practices
Support vendor evaluation, platform implementation, and production troubleshooting
Provide architectural leadership across cross-functional technology teams
What We're Looking For
Sr level experience as a solution or enterprise architect in retail technology environments systems working across demand planning and Forecasting
Strong domain expertise in merchandising systems, especially:
Demand Planning / Forecasting
Allocation & Replenishment
Assortment Planning
Experience with large retail platforms such as o9 OR Blue Yonder (merchandising) Highly preferred - (Will consider a similiar enterprise system)
Proven experience integrating merchandising platforms with SAP or other large ERP systems
Ability to think and operate at an enterprise architecture level
Experience working in product-based and agile environments
Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical and business stakeholders
Nice to Have
Exposure to AI or advanced analytics in a retail environment
Experience across multiple merchandising platforms
Strong understanding of master data in retail systems

Fully remote role with quarterly onsite planning sessions
