Role Summary
The Revenue Management Analyst works on a fast-paced team whose responsibilities include demand forecasting, revenue optimization, and analyzing changes in market conditions such as capacity, competition, schedules and fares. The Revenue Management team makes decisions in the development, implementation, and tracking of appropriate inventory allocation strategies and provide recommendations to generate revenue and push the business forward.
Key Duties
In the entry level, you will develop proficiency in Revenue Management Systems, including demand forecasting, elasticity, and marginal revenue transformation, and provide input into the design and implementation of strategies to optimize revenue.
In the intermediate level, you will use a solid understanding of revenue management principles to analyze market conditions, adjust overbooking levels and historical no-shows, extract relevant commercial data from dashboards, databases, and Revenue Management Systems to implement revenue optimizing strategies, and communicate strategies and results to senior management.
In the senior level, as a subject matter expert in analyzing changes in market conditions, you will apply deep knowledge to determine an approach to ambiguous business challenges, be accountable to meeting/exceeding unit revenue goals and KPI's, create process improvements, and exercise considerable judgement on inventory strategy decisions that you will communicate across the company.

The Self Perform Work (SPW) division of DPR directly hires and manages craft workforces to perform certain scopes of work. These scopes of work include Concrete, Drywall, Electrical, Interiors, Waterproofing, and more. This role will be the primary data analyst, supporting our SPW division. As such, you will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders throughout our SPW group, including front-line field supervisors, craft foreman, project managers, project executives, and corporate leadership. This role is responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams, building relationships, identifying pain points, creating and driving data strategies, and delivering actionable insights. This role is part of the Data Analytics (DA) team and will ensure DPR is moving towards data-driven decisions based on insights derived from integrated business processes, systems, and analytics.
Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership / Roadmap / Execution / Delivery
* Be a collaborative partner with both our direct SPW business partners, as well as the many other parts of the business that SPW touches, to align DA efforts with business objectives and goals
* Create, maintain, and execute on the data analytics roadmap for SPW in alignment with overall goals and objectives
* Drive conversations with stakeholders to fully understand and document pain points. Drive strategic conversations focusing on successful outcomes and actions they are trying to drive
* Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and a deep understanding of their processes, tools, and goals.
* Apply your own knowledge of construction management and self-perform work to provide guidance and leadership on the development of data driven insights with our SPW business leaders, and front-line managers.
* Be a proactive leader in the development and implementation of solutions to current pain points. Listen to a variety of voices and comments, and develop best-in-class long-term solutions, not just quick fixes.
Visualization / Storytelling:
* Work with stakeholders to understand and align on business requirements
* Create and maintain dashboards and Apps, as required
* Deliver actionable insights to improve business processes and drive strategic conversations
* Track and monitor usage metrics to understand and measure adoption/impact of analytics
* Complete Ad-Hoc Analysis as required
Troubleshoot Issues / Failures:
* Identify root source of data integrity issues (report, DFL, data warehouse, source system)
* Troubleshoot and solution data integrity issues in visualization tool
Data Modeling and ETL:
* Create complex data models in visualization tools, and make transformations as needed
* Query Data Warehouse using SQL to quickly analyze datasets
* Clean data, as required
* Identify potential new datasets to add to the Data Warehouse
* Identify potential new integrations between source systems and the Data Warehouse
* Work with Technical Analysts to build requirements for views in DBT and the data warehouse
Documentation
* Work with Data Engineering in the development and maintenance of the data catalog
* Create and maintain documentation of queries, transformations, and refreshes for reports
Security / Governance
* Follow, implement, and enhance data security and governance guidelines
* Create, maintain, and implement security for DFLs
* Review requests and grant access to DFLs, Reports, and Apps, as needed
* Create and maintain RLS in visualization tool, where needed
* Work with business stakeholders to understand and set security requirements, with regards to build access and view access
Change Management
* Complete impact analysis on reports when changes are made to source systems or tables upstream
* Identify, quantify, and communicate impacts to stakeholders and customers
Coordination / Collaboration / Prioritization
* Identify opportunities for data collaboration and integration between disciplines
* Coordinate alignment, as applicable, across other T&I groups
* Identify opportunities for AI/ML/Data Science efforts and work with those teams on project delivery
* Work with stakeholders to prioritize requests and initiatives based on business impact and resourcing
* Participate in Integrated Workgroup meetings to align support functions
Training / Data Literacy
* Train end-users on how to use and interpret information/insights on deployed dashboards/reports
* Train end-users on how to build reports themselves
* Provide "on-the-job' training to business stakeholders when needed
* Work with Data Engineering and others to develop and maintain tool for Self Service Analytics
* Increase data literacy of business stakeholders through targeted trainings and conversations
* Identify opportunities to improve data literacy throughout DPR
Data SME
* Operate as the Subject Matter Expert for the business across data availability, quality, processes, and technology
* Maintain understanding of our data pipeline architecture to be able to articulate why we use it and its benefits/limitations for end users
* Ensure source of truth system(s) are identified and operational
Qualifications
* Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related, plus three (3) years of experience in the application of data to solve problems, or Bachelor's degree in one of the above plus five (5) years of experience.
* Experience with the construction industry, including knowledge of industry trends, terminology, and typical processes, is strongly preferred.
* Experience with self-perform teams, including running or managing a craft workforce, is strongly preferred.
* Experience with construction project controls, including Earned Value Management, productivity management, schedule management, and cost management, is strongly preferred.
* Passion for the use of data and business intelligence principles and their ability to optimize business outcomes.
* Proven track record of translating business pain points into data requirements and identifying and solving complex problems with data.
* Proven analytic skills, including data mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization.
* Ability to create data models and understand dependencies between source systems.
* Experience in data visualization/BI tools - Power BI required - including creating and maintaining dataflows.
* Experience with consuming APIs from the client side including REST and GraphQL.
* Experience with SQL scripting required.
* Advanced business acumen and working knowledge of typical company operations, including how business decisions are evaluated, and the ability to apply this understanding to identify opportunities for improved decision making.
* Excellent organizational, leadership, interpersonal, communication (written, verbal and visual), and analytical skills are needed.
* Demonstrated success in building trusted relationships with internal/external clients and customers.
* A drive to do what it takes to get the job done, including taking on different roles and responsibilities and adapting to changing environments.

I&C System Design Lead
TerraPower, LLC. is seeking a highly motivated I&C System Design Lead. This position reports directly to the I&C Safety System Design Manager. In this role, you will act as Lead I&C Engineer for Sodium Fast Reactor technologies, including responsibility for the instrument and control system design, prototype development and testing, plant level system integration, and commissioning. Your role will include interfacing with a team of scientists and engineers internal and external to TerraPower. You will also identify, specify, and integrate custom instrumentation with advanced control systems for Generation IV advanced nuclear reactor technologies. The role will support the I&C System Design Lead with overseeing cross functional design amongst Safety Related and Non-Safety Special Treatment I&C systems.
The I&C System Design Lead will support the I&C Safety System Design Manager with coordination scope, schedule, and technical integration for safety systems. They will also support cross functional collaboration with procurement, licensing, safety analysis, and PRA.
The Instrumentation and Control team is responsible for Natrium plant I&C design and oversight of key I&C development. I&C System Design Lead will work with the plant design oversight teams to support communication, identify and work through roadblocks, and align design details, and project execution strategies.
The I&C System Design Lead will work as part of a high performing team of engineers.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for interfacing and supporting geographically diverse and international design team members to develop supporting design documentation. The design team members include in-house and subcontracted resources and may include partner/customer resources as well.
• Lead design of I&C systems and sub-system functional requirements through final design.
• Provide direction to team members and assist the I&C Safety System Design Manager with oversight of team members and suppliers.
• Develop and review system- and component-level specifications and scopes of work.
• Perform engineering and design evaluations in the application of nuclear codes and standards, licensing requirements, and NRC regulations.
• Provide technical direction and guidance to engineers in applicable nuclear and non-nuclear related design standards.
• Specify and describe suitability of instrumentation measurement techniques for use in sodium fast reactor and integrated energy storage technologies, including analysis of measurement range, response time, and measurement accuracy.
• Analyze and apply regulatory criteria and standards to complex Instrumentation and Control system design.
• Develop and review technical design documents, such as System Requirements Documents, System Design Descriptions, Interface Control Documents, Engineering Design Specifications, etc.
• Create and manage drawing packages of system and sub-system designs, including but not limited to P&IDs, control system architecture drawings, control logic and loop diagrams, and instrument installation drawings, etc.
• Generate integrated design package for key systems and sub-systems.
• Provide technical direction and oversight of supplier projects, working with the contract administrator to ensure delivery of data and other deliverables to meet TerraPower requirements, as well as coordination and performance of technical reviews of deliverables.
• Support continuous learning and application of nuclear industry best practices in order to maintain the highest quality of engineering design and proactively identify process change/enhancement opportunities.
• Integrate I&C with work of other disciplines, engineers, scientists, and subject matter experts.
• Interface with and support licensing activities associated with Safety Analysis Reports.
Key Qualifications and Skills
• B.S. or higher in Controls, Electrical, or related discipline from an accredited university and 10+ years direct experience with proven instrumentation and controls systems skills. Higher education will count toward years of experience.
• Candidates must have experience in instrumentation and controls development, diagnostics, and implementation with a demonstrated ability to design and deliver industrial I&C platforms.
• Previous experience with nuclear reactor safety systems or nuclear instrumentation systems design.
• Familiar with IEEE 379, IEEE 603, IEEE 7-4.3.2, IEEE 497 and IEEE1012, desired but not required.
• Familiarity with implementing design control and development in accordance with nuclear power plant quality assurance (e.g. 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, ASME NQA-1).
• Experience designing and operating high-temperature (400°C and higher) processes desired but not required.
• Ability to handle projects that include many competing objectives and design constraints, with ability to resolve conflicts between objectives.
• Familiarity with working with and/or developing industrial process flow diagrams (PFD) and piping & instrument diagrams (P&ID) desired but not required.
• Experience with CAD software to deliver design deliverables (e.g. AutoCAD Standard, AutoCAD Electrical, or SolidWorks), desired but not required.
• Excellent technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and aspiration for technical excellence.
