Trideum Corporation has openings for two (2) Computer Systems Analysts to provide support to the Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Mission Training Complex (MTC) at Camp Bullis, in San Antonio, TX. These are full-time, on-site positions where the analysts provide technical systems and network support in direct support of the JBSA MTC contract. This role supports live, virtual, and constructive (LVC) training operations by integrating Command and Control Information Systems (C2IS) and associated networks with simulation and training environments. The analyst ensures system availability, security compliance, and operational readiness to enable successful unit training events at JBSA and during distributed training exercises.
What You ll Do
Computer Systems Analysts are responsible for providing comprehensive support to MTC-sponsored training events through the design and operation of exercise work cells, as well as the configuration of simulation hardware and software in support of MTC supported events. This role includes assisting training units with the planning and execution of individual and collective training utilizing Army Games for Training (GFT), First Person Shooter (FPS) platforms, constructive simulations such as Entity Resolution Federation (ERF) and Multi Resolution Federation (MRF), and various virtual training devices. The position also entails coordinating technical integration requirements across the Technical Integration and Training Support Sections. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Reports to the Technical Integration Lead
Provide functional and technical expertise on MTC simulations and systems
Support exercise planning activities, Technical Integration Working Groups (TIWGs), and other meetings as required
Provide technical support to EXCON, HICON, and response cells during training events

Required Qualifications:

DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) level II certification (minimum) (e.g. CompTIA Security+ with Computing Environment (CE) certifications)

Participate in weekly Engineering RFS Board to discuss RFS statuses and maintain situational awareness of all requests Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Provide support to resolve MAJCOM priorities
Coordinate with 616 OC for AFCYBER priorities
Track high interest items for AFIN operations
Respond to RFIs from 688 CW leadership & external agencies
Maintain knowledge of Change Request (CRQ) processes
Coordinate & maintain situational awareness & deconflict all network operations with mission partners
Direct troubleshooting of outages, degradations, & isolations
Submit CCIRs to 688 CW leadership & 616 OC
Troubleshoot network issues with established procedures
Generate CTOs for assignment to all applicable 688 CW tactical units
Conduct mission review of CTOs from all applicable 688 CW tactical units
Execute initial triage/scoping of network assessments
Coordinate with 688 CW/A2O for reports/tippers related to vulnerability management, DCO high interest items, and emerging cyber threats
Maintain ability to identify threats and vulnerabilities using ARAD/Tanium toolset
Identify solutions for complex network system issues
Provide initial triage and scoping of network infrastructure during outage resolution
Serve as liaison to 38th Engineering Squadron
Coordinate engineering support for complex outages, OPREPs, & extended service degradations
Coordinate requests for engineering support
Complete administrative tasks as required
Complete other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
Requires a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) +3 years of experience, or 6+ years of related experience
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have excellent critical thinking skills
Certifications
Required: IAT II - Security+, CySA+, GSEC, GICSP, SSCP, CND, CCNA-Security, or higher
Desired: CASP, GCIM, CISM, or CISSP
Security Clearance
Top Secret with SCI Eligibility
Other (Travel, Work Environment, Administrative Notes, etc.)
Shift - This is a 24/7/365 mission, and the ability to support Days, Swings, and Mids operations is required. If a schedule change is required to support operations, you will be provided with as much notice as the situation allows. All shifts are four 10-hour days with three days off. Extended hours/days may be required on occasion.
