The individual will need to be familiar mapping requirements to measured results. **What You Will Do:** + Work with various trades and designs for developmental programs within the Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) organization. + Perform system integration activities within HWIL facilities to support system signal presentation + Lead troubleshooting and failure investigation activities within HWIL facilities. + Assist in generating requirements, statements of work, and verification plans to support HWIL design activities. + Participate on HWIL engineering teams which are performing test system design, assembly and integration activities on developmental programs. + Work in a team environment in HWIL facilities which support the full lifecycle of system development and sustainment activities. **What You Will Learn:** + System level knowledge of developmental programs within HWIL. + Advanced signal generation and presentation, across IF and RF test environments + Experience working across multi-disciplined group of engineers. **Qualifications You Must Have:** + Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience. + Integration experience including hardware, software and/or firmware. + Experience with schematic capture software (i.e. Mentor, CREO, etc). + Active and transferrable US government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
