What You Will Do:
Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity for a Microsoft Dynamics Architect to support our client's Case Management system. As an Architect, you will work with the technical team to design and deliver the case management solution within a given time, identify risks and mitigate the risk during the design phase. You will be responsible for high-quality projects. You will work with the client, PM, and BA and streamline the communication between teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather technical requirements and propose solutions based on client's architectural and business needs
Drive Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy
Lead data-centric discussions with the client through discovery meetings.
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes
Develop integrations and customizations to Dynamics CRM
Design and lead the system architecture process to create, define specifications for, and implement customizations for any custom code or data migration requirements
Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution
Work with technology and business groups to define project specifications
Develop technical solution designs and implementation plans and take full ownership of the Dynamics 365 solution
Interact with both prospective and current customers during product demos/evaluations
Enhance efficiency of development, testing and release process; develop tools and frameworks to ensure robust and high-quality delivery of Dynamics 365 Implementations
Document technical risks and issues, and actively work to avoid, mitigate, resolve risks and technical debt
Relay of the solution design to the development team and provide technical guidance during development of the solution to the development team.
Travel to multiple customer locations for demos and meetings when required
What You Will Need:
US Citizenship is contractually required for this role
Minimum degree: US equivalent Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of Eight (8) years of professional experience
Minimum of Five (5) years of experience implementing and managing CRM solutions at an enterprise level (Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365)
Selected candidate must be able to work in a hybrid environment
Evaluate, design, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, often working on-site to help customers deploy their solutions
Experience translating technical information in to easy-to-understand business concepts

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$216,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Role Description
The delivery Enterprise Architect (EA) serves as the primary technical driver for delivering high quality Digital Experience and Digital Marketing solutions for Adobe's Global Enterprise customers. Review and develop architectural plans, lead diverse delivery team, align with client goals.
Minimum Qualifications

Responsibilities
Build relationships. Present, demonstrate, and support selling Esri software and solutions as part of the account team. Gain access to technical enterprise-level decision makers and lead technical meetings that drive revenue.
Be an expert. Be a technical leader of Esri technology as well as a subject matter expert of AEC and environmental consulting firms. Demonstrate your advanced understanding of sales strategies and initiatives to develop complex solutions for Esri's most strategic customers. Understand an organization's business structure, associated workflows, third party business systems, and integration points. Share knowledge and coach new team members on best practices.

Requirements
5+ years of experience with Esri technology creating maps, performing spatial analysis, and configuring web applications
3+ years of experience in AEC, environmental consulting, or related industries
Broad knowledge of ArcGIS from an IT context (such as hardware, storage, security, networking, web services, virtualization, cloud computing)
Demonstrated experience in technical consulting and conceptual solution design
Understanding of sales and business development processes
Ability to troubleshoot client issues related to Esri application deployment and system architecture
Experience with geodatabases and underlying DBMS technology
Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and environments (Microsoft Azure or AWS)
Experience integrating software solutions with other business systems including data warehousing, BI, CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms
Programming and scripting experience with languages such as Python and JavaScript
Remarkable presentation, interpersonal, and listening skills

The Government Public Sector (GPS) Chief Architect accelerates the expansion of GPS market opportunities by co-creating GPS technology powered solutions in collaboration with the GPS Service Lines, while ensuring all architectural facets are addressed enterprise, solution, application, data, infrastructure, security, and integration. The GPS Chief Architect will closely collaborate with GPS field of play leaders, alliance leaders, business development and GCSPs to identify maximum impact solution opportunities, ensuring the alignment of GPS technology solutions with enterprise architecture standards such as scalability, integration, and compliance.
The Chief Architect will leverage the full capabilities of our Enclave SolutionArchitects in the co-creation process, assisting in defining, designing, costing, and facilitating proof-of-concept execution. This role is expected to lead the end-to-end architecture of GPS solutions including the selection of application components, robust data models, resilient infrastructure, and comprehensive security controls while collaborating with stakeholders on ideation, concepts, solution design, and supporting EY responses to bids, proof of concepts, and Requests for Proposals.
The Chief Architect will play a key role in teaming with the practice and other stakeholders on innovation efforts, integrating emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, IoT, and blockchain where relevant. The Chief Architect will team with the US firm Office of the CTO Chief Architect and other EY architecture teams including in the firm's global technology layer.
Your key responsibilities
Lead the alignment of GPS architecture with enterprise standards, ensuring all technology solutions are scalable, interoperable, and secure.
Design and implement robust application frameworks and platforms, selecting components that meet both business and technical requirements.
Define and maintain data models, governance practices, and integration strategies to support analytics, reporting, and operational needs.
Architect resilient and cost-effective infrastructure solutions on-premises, cloud, or hybrid to support GPS offerings.
Develop and execute a comprehensive Enclave liaison and outreach strategy to accelerate the practice's use of Enclave and increase revenue streams from the Enclave investment.
Identify and engage with key practice decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers to accelerate awareness, interest, and adoption of our Enclave capabilities.
Integrate comprehensive security architecture and compliance measures, ensuring protection of sensitive data and regulatory alignment.
Facilitate seamless integration between GPS systems, third-party solutions, and partner platforms for end-to-end business processes.
Promote DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation across solution delivery to drive efficiency, quality, and agility.
Continuously evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies to create competitive advantage within the GPS offerings.
Establish and enforce architectural governance, standards, and best practices across the GPS architecture landscape.

Work with GPS contract teams and other EY stakeholders on the pattern development. Lead our efforts around CAS compliant Enclave offerings.
Maintain an active awareness of the technology space and EY's Alliance network, supporting the evolution of the Enclave Architecture team and overall Enclave per GPS needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Enclave leaders, understanding their evolving needs and identifying opportunities for optimizing our platform solutions in close collaboration with the Enclave Delivery Product Management team.
Skills and attributes for success
Strong technical background in solution development and design, data architecture and security architecture.
Familiarity with TOGAF, Zachman, or similar frameworks to guide architectural governance and strategy.
Experience integrating AI/ML, automation, blockchain, or emerging technologies into enterprise solutions to drive innovation.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $214,300 to $424,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $257,100 to $482,100. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
