Tracking tags, pixels, and server-side data collection are implemented correctly and integrated cleanly with Salesforce environments.
Marketing and analytics teams receive clean, trustworthy data for reporting, attribution, customer journeys, and optimization.
Cross-device and anonymous ID stitching solutions correctly unify customer interactions between Salesforce, websites, and media platforms.
Required Qualifications
4+ years as a Salesforce architect, consultant, developer, or technical lead with strong integration experience.
Hands-on experience with:

What we're looking for?
Education & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in software architecture and design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in SaaS architecture, preferably in healthcare technology.
Technical Expertise
Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
Strong understanding of healthcare data standards (EDI, HL7, FHIR) and security protocols.
Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (Java, .NET, Python).
Experience with AI/ML integration and data analytics platforms.
Certifications
TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar certifications preferred.
Soft Skills
Strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Here is what will qualify you for the role:
6+ years of experience as a Presales professional (Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solution Consultant) with strong demo, POC, and competitive positioning practices.
Experience supporting CX, customer service, support, or knowledge management use cases; familiarity with platforms like Salesforce Service or Data Cloud, SAP CX, or Genesys is an asset.
Working knowledge of AI, machine learning, and search-related models (query suggestions, generative answering, etc.).
Programming familiarity (Python, JavaScript) and experience working with APIs (e.g., Postman).
Ability to navigate medium and large enterprises with ease - stakeholders, processes, and decision structures.
A consultative mindset backed by excellent storytelling and technical communication skills.
Experience representing the voice of the customer to product teams.
Located in the state of Texas, and comfortable with travel up to 30-50%.
