    We're in "fix-and-enhance" mode as we scale. You'll be the front end configuration wizard in UKG, specifically workforce management-owning setup, speed, and accuracy as new sites come online. Expect high volume, short notice, and meaningful impact: ~30 U.S. sites starting in February. You'll standardize processes, keep time and labor clean, and make UKG work for the business as we expand. What you'll do - Configure UKG WFM (Dimensions) and UKG Pro end to end for new site launches (pre go live setup). o Build worker profiles, assign locations, pay rates, tax jurisdictions, pay/time codes, schedules, and time collection rules. - Own timekeeping integrity in UKG and support integration with Costpoint for labor reporting and downstream payroll. - Author advanced logic (e.g., custom expressions) and perform SQL based rule/config development where needed. - Handle high volume requests quickly and accurately-own the HRIS inbox/ticket queue; triage and execute assignments. - Standardize and document processes (templates, SOPs, playbooks) across WFM and Pro. - Partner across HRIS and HR (Onboarding/TA, Comp, Total Rewards, Employee/Labor Relations) to ensure inputs are complete and correct. - Pro side support: help stabilize and streamline UKG Pro configurations tied to onboarding and data integrity. - Quality & compliance: align configurations with CBA requirements where applicable; audit and validate data prior to go live. - Heads down delivery: take prioritized backlogs and "hammer them out" with minimal hand holding-own outcomes.
