Job Responsibilities: * The candidate must have a demonstrated history of learning and understanding the latest technologies as well as a strong desire to take this knowledge gained through individual research and interactions with Noblis staff and clients (e.g., collaborations and meetings) and apply this to generating novel solutions. * The candidate will also organize this information efficiently by documenting essential data points via existing or innovative new templates and be highly effective at creatively writing a range of documents - to include RFIs, white papers, abstracts, and proposals that articulate the technical approach and overall solution and value/benefit that Noblis brings to our client's mission. * The candidate must have a strong technical background with a broad range of understanding across technical disciplines (e.g., data structures, cloud platforms, artificial intelligence and machine learning, basic understanding of edge engineering/science, and data visualization) with a constant desire to learn new technology concepts, recognize technological trends, and thrive on helping to evangelize Noblis' unique innovations to diverse audiences. * Strong technical acumen across a broad range of disciplines with the ability to independently research new technologies and formulate unique and compelling approaches for addressing client requirements. * Collaborate with business development, programmatic, and technical/scientific leaders to prioritize and deliver technical assistance on projects/proposals. * Develop catalog of technical capabilities being delivered across accounts to be used for gap assessment, investment recommendations, past performance, and marketing. * Willingness to travel to Noblis and client locations for engaged understanding of team and client requirements.
