Prepare design documentations, illustrations and white papers to support design decisions.
Perform all work in a manner to ensure interoperability and maintain compliance of enterprise computing systems.
Ensure that proposed and existing technology and security architectures are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Develop, document, communicate, and enforce a policy for standardizing infrastructure configuration standards.
Provide recommendations to senior or executive IT management regarding product/vendor selection, technology evolution, and design strategies.

The Experience, Skills, and Abilities Needed:
Required:
* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
* 10+ years' experience in the healthcare industry.
* 2+ years' experience in a sales, client management, business development, or professional services supporting consultative sales.
Preferred:
* Experience as a STERIS Project Design Manager, or equivalent clinical consultative sales role in the SPD or Periop space.
* Engineering or construction knowledge, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, architectural, and code compliance.

Pay range for this opportunity is $118,00- $150,000. This position is eligible for bonus participation.
