Overview

B.S. Degree in Architecture
State licensure is required
Ability to get licensed in other states in region
Designed or worked on buildings with a variety of Use Groups - Assembly, Business, Educational, Mercantile, Institutional, Factory, and Residential, mixed-use.
Experience with code evaluation, specification writing and/or diagnosing building defects and design analysis.
20% travel for casework in territory and potentially other states in region
Experience on construction sites performing construction administration; design/ build or construction management experience is a plus.
Experience working for a construction company is a plus.
Min. 15 years post degree experience.
In-depth knowledge of building safety and construction technology.
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a comprehensive team.
Excellent technical, analytical, writing and communication skills.
BIM experience is a plus.
