Lead architecture and development of NodeJS-based microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven components integrated with AWS services. Architect and configure Amazon Connect Contact Center including call flows, IVR, lambda integrations, routing profiles, telephony flows, call recording, and CTI integrations. Integrate AWS Connect with CRM and core banking systems. Drive migration and modernization from legacy systems to cloud-native architecture on AWS. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong hands-on expertise with NodeJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture Expertise in AWS Connect Contact Center, AWS Lambda, API Gateway. Experience with banking new account opening flows, onboarding & verification processes (KYC, AML, Credit Bureau checks, Funding, OFAC checks). Experience integrating Digital Banking, Core Banking, CRM & workflow tools. Experience implementing OAuth2, JWT, PKI, encryption, SSO, IAM, cybersecurity frameworks.
