The Northrop Grumman Classified Solutions team is seeking experienced Senior Cybersecurity Application Administrator/Architect across the country to support information systems lifecycle activities. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site, full-time at our Melbourne, FL location. The individual will perform the following duties on a day-to-day basis in support of the program:
Design and develop new systems, applications, and solutions for external customer's enterprise-wide cyber systems and networks.
Ensure system security needs are established and maintained for operations development, security requirements definition, security risk assessment, systems analysis, systems design, security test and evaluation, certification and accreditation, systems hardening, vulnerability testing and scanning, incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning and provide analytical support for security policy development and analysis.
Integrate new architectural analysis of cyber security features and relate existing system to future needs and trends, embedded advanced forensic tools and techniques for attack reconstruction, provides engineering recommendations, and resolves integrations and testing issues.
May interface with external entities including law enforcement, intelligence and other government organizations and agencies.
Adhere to strict Information Systems security guidelines in all cases.
Maintain security audit and logging information on all classified networked and standalone computers as directed by the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM).

Basic Qualifications:
Master's Degree with 6 years of relevant experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of relevant experience; OR an Associate's Degree with 10 years of relevant experience; OR a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 12 years of relevant experience is required
Must have a security certification in CAP, CASP+, SecurityX, CISM, or CISSP to be considered
Must have a Splunk Enterprise Certified Administrator and/or Architect certification to be considered
Candidates must have a current DOD Secret level security clearance (at a minimum) in order to be considered with the ability to obtain a DOD Top Secret level security clearance as a condition of continued employment
Candidates must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, access to Special Programs as a condition of continued employment
Preferred Qualifications:

Active Top Secret, TS/SCI, SAP/SAR access, or Polygraph is preferred
Experience with Certification and Accreditation of classified systems and Risk Management Framework
Experience with Splunk to include managing/maintaining indexers, search heads, heavy forwarders, forwarders, data inputs, and deployment servers, creating and maintaining dashboards for users, creating custom extracts/regular expressions, familiarity with Splunk Query Language. Ability to deploy new Splunk servers.
Advanced technical knowledge of Splunk or McAfee/Trellix/HBSS in regard to configuration, deployment, and sustainment.
Experience developing guidelines, monitoring policies, and enforcing standards for cybersecurity frameworks and industry best practices supporting National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800-53, CNSSI 1253, and DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF).
McAfee/Trellix/HBSS experience to include administration of Anti-Virus, Exploit Protection, Data Loss Protection (DLP), and policy configuration & agent deployment.
Nessus/ACAS experience on large enterprise networks.

Primary Level Salary Range: $122,800.00 - $184,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Sr. Cloud Architect / Administrator
Description of specific duties in a typical workday for this position:
* Responsibilities include designing cloud architectures and environments; supporting migration, integration, and optimization of enterprise applications and data; and administering cloud infrastructure and services across development, test, and production environments. The Cloud Architect / Administrator ensures cloud solutions comply with DoD, Army, and Federal cybersecurity requirements, including RMF and applicable security controls.
* Additional duties include managing cloud configurations, access controls, and monitoring; supporting automation, backup, and disaster recovery solutions; tracking cloud performance, availability, and cost metrics; and supporting interface and data integration across enterprise systems. Requirements (Years of experience, Education, Certifications):

What You Bring

* Several years of experience working with Teamcenter with at least 2 years supporting a customer production environment deployment.
* Hands-on experience with Teamcenter BMIDE and configuration, ITKs, SOAs, and scripting languages is essential. Familiarity with the latest Teamcenter versions and AWC configuration, as well as experience in TC integration solutions and downstream integrations, is also important. Experience in using eQube MI technology and / or other technologies to exchange data between Teamcenter with other tools. Experience in core TC applications such as BOM Management, Change Management, Product Configurator, Part-CAD alignment, TC Manufacturing etc.
* End-2-End PLM process knowledge (Engineering - Manufacturing - Service processes) and with data flow from PLM (TC) into ERP; fundamental process knowledge about Engineer-to-Order and Configure-to-Order processes
* Strong functional knowledge of Teamcenter, including end-to-end implementation experience, is mandatory. Relevant certifications and trainings in Teamcenter, eQube MI.
* Cloud and Infrastructure Knowledge: Basic knowledge about public clouds such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and certifications. Knowledge of systems, networking, virtualization, and containerization is also beneficial.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with global and cross-functional teams are crucial. Being proactive, empathetic, and approachable are also valued traits.
