Pay Range: $25.69 - 34.19 hourly (based on experience and location) Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle NFM's Solution Center Analyst I will provide customer support on hardware and software problems and complete application maintenance/enhancements analysis, testing, implementation and support. Our Solution Center is relied upon to keep our world class facilities operating. This position requires the candidate to reside in NE, IA, KS, MO, or TX. Final candidates will be required to come on-site prior to receiving an offer or on their first day of employment. This position requires the candidate to work an overnight schedule. Job Duties: A Day in the Life Manage Provides 1st level support in a professional, positive, and enthusiastic manner for one or multiple NFM based technologies Analyze Understand customer needs in order to find the right solution responding quickly and appropriately Monitor System alerts and respond to alerts as outlines in respective standard operating procedure (SOP) Play Your Part Conduct QA evaluations on phone etiquette and process for Solution Center Analysts following specified guidelines within timelines established Collaborate Dispatches problems to Tier 2 support as necessary. Solution Strategy & Innovation • Lead solution design and strategy for high-priority government pursuits • Define technical win themes and differentiators for competitive proposals • Incorporate capabilities from Maximus Accelerators and reusable components • Drive innovation through emerging technologies and industry best practices • Conduct competitive analysis and develop strategies to address market trends • Lead solution reviews with executives and subject matter experts Technical Leadership & Business Alignment • Design scalable, extensible solutions leveraging cutting-edge technologies • Lead RFI, RFP, and RFQ response development including whitepaper creation • Develop estimation models and solution pricing strategies • Collaborate with capture managers to shape opportunities pre-RFP • Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance across teams • Ensure solutions meet compliance requirements and align with customer needs • Develop transition plans addressing operational readiness and implementation Position Requirements Education • Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study required (Master's degree preferred) • 10+ years of technical IT experience including solution development • Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements Technical & Business Skills • Deep understanding of government IT landscape and compliance requirements • Experience with estimation techniques and competitive solution development • Expertise in one or more technology domains (cloud, cybersecurity, AI/ML, etc.) • Knowledge of security standards, compliance frameworks, and risk management • Experience with government proposal processes and competitive analysis Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's degree in related field. - 10-12 years of relevant professional experience required. - Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
