The Role
As a Sr. SolutionArchitect at Contender Solutions, you will lead the design and implementation of advanced architecturalsolutions for our clients. Leadership & Strategy:

Develop and maintain products that support Contender Solution's business objectives.

Customer Engagement:

Technical Leadership:

Participate in technical interviews for potential new hires, ensuring the team continues to grow with top talent.
Certifications & Continuous Learning:
Maintain a high level of technical proficiency, achieving and maintaining certifications in relevant platforms and methodologies.

Required Qualifications and Professional Experience:
Experience:
Proven experience in leading architectural design and development for large-scale projects, ideally in a ServiceNow environment.
Experience in designing integrations between ServiceNow and other third-party applications.
Track record of successfully guiding customers through complex technical questions and product adoption.
Experience in leading workshops and presentations to customers.
Certifications:
At least two Certified Implementation Specialist certifications from SNow Learning or equivalent.
Additional certifications in relevant technologies are a plus.
Skills:
