RP is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to act as a Technical Program Manager experienced with running multiple highly technical engineering teams to deliver low-level (C++) custom applications. The individual would need to be able to deliver both technical and project management related activities. They need to have experience delivering at least three large custom application through all phases of the SDLC in a cloud environment. Need to have an advanced understanding of operating in an Agile-like fashion in Fixed Firm Price contract types in highly-technical environments.
