This person will be part of the team responsible for integrating and understanding new features and onboarding new clients into their respective technology platform. In addition, they will review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving and further leveraging these systems. They are also responsible for identifying and navigating potential issues to meet schedules and deadlines and will work directly with IT and development on new client requests and setup needs. Responsibilities Sales Partner with Sales to identify client's needs and make solutions recommendations. Team with Sales on client system demo prep and presentation to highlight system features that directly address client needs. Identify opportunities to introduce other Imagine products to solve client's needs or enhance a client's workflow. Onboarding of Dotti System Partner with Sales on meetings, timelines, and keeping momentum going forward Partner with client as they analyze current data /processes for input into systems for use Train users (internal and external) on how to input and maintain data in the system through written materials, in-person, or virtual training. Assist internal users on best practices to meet client requests Support - Client-facing and internal systems Subject Matter Expert for questions and troubleshooting of current client-facing and internal technology Assist Imagine teams with questions/best practices for data management and application Train and prepared Imagine in-house client team to take over day-to-day management of the client system Development Participate in development discussions as it pertains to current user discovery and new functionality This team participates in the discovery of how Dotti should function focusing on clients' needs (internal and external). The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location.
