Position Overview:
The Epic Healthy Planet Ambulatory Solutions Analyst on our Install Team supports OCHIN's mission by doing full-Cyle implementation build for new PACE programs and will leveraging deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving capabilities, and staying current on technological advancements. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Epic Ambulatory Applications Analyst, with ideally a minimum of 3 years of experience in EpicCare Ambulatory build.
Proven experience implementing PACE programs, including knowledge of the PACE model of care and its specific requirements within an Epic environment following Epic's recommended best practices is required.
Proven experience with PACE documentation and reporting is required.
Strong understanding of ambulatory workflows, including clinical documentation, order entry, medication management, and referral management.
Experience with implementing the PACE model of care and its specific ambulatory care needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Working as a technical leader alongside customer business, development and infrastructure teams.
+ Create Conduct proof of concept technology analysis and pilots.

**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Advanced Technical Degree in Computer Science or related field
+ At least 4 to 10 years of experience leading customers with mainframe and legacy modernization initiatives.
+ Experience leading customers with mainframe and legacy modernization initiatives.
+ Knowledge of major Cloud Provider infrastructure and technologies, such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Cloud Foundry, Docker / Kubernetes.
+ Experience with analyzing on-premises mainframe environment applications and process to formulate plans for modernizing workloads that achieve Customer's desired business outcomes.
+ Relevant Business and IT Architecture Certifications such as, AWS SolutionArchitect Professional, Microsoft AZURE SolutionArchitect, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), etc.
+ Fluent in written and verbal English.
+ Prior Experience in leading Customer migrations from Mainframe to Rocket Enterprise Server platform Technical Experience in at least one of these areas:
+ Infrastructure Modernization
+ Experience with tools and methodologies used to migrate mainframe workloads via hardware/middleware emulation, automated code conversion, and re-platforming.
+ Experience with COBOL modernization and porting application code across platforms.
+ Hands-on technical experience with mainframe, non-x86 legacy systems and with technologies such as COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2 for z/OS, IMS DB/DC, Assembler, PL/I, REXX, flat/sequential files, GDGs, and VSAM.
+ Must have an analytical mind set to analyze test result and facilitate defect resolution.
+ Experience design/architecting distributed and Cloud environments (target environments) - including OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Containers.
+ Application Modernization
+ Strong analysis skills with solid concepts in Architecture and Design. Should have joined projects to refactor complex business applications.
+ Knowledge of Cloud Computing, Containers, Microservices, and Serverless technology.
+ Experience with Business Rules-extraction from COBOL/PL1.
+ Experience architecting high availability, resilient, fault tolerant systems that utilize load balancing, horizontal/vertical scaling.

Develop and implement a plan with the Director of Operations and the Night Managers to resolve any client complaints or deficiencies in service and actively monitor compliance.
Approve Night Managers and/or Service Representative's pay sheets; ensure accuracy.
Assist Accounting in collecting clients' past due invoices and payment invoices for Contractors.
Maintain updated route sheets, key/alarm sheets, and monthly planner for each client.
Requirements
2+ years outside B2B account management experience, building maintenance or facility management preferred but not required.
2+ years track record of success in a client retention role.

Today many personnel actions are complicated and require multiple forms that share common information. The Agency faces challenges with ensuring accuracy and completeness of these forms submitted through digital or hard-copy (paper) formats due to the lack of validations and restrictions on the type of information entered into the requested fields. In turn, this causes the same request to be re-worked and forces the personnel to make speculations on the information. The Wizard would eliminate the need for speculation and re-work, allowing personnel to route actions to the appropriate approvers based on specific business rules with confidence each time.
The current form and approval process for the first business case was built in AEM Forms OSGi with an AEM Forms Workflow. The database supporting the form was built in a SQL database housed in Amazon RDS GovCloud. As this project has been built on FedRamp infrastructure, any staff interacting directly with infrastructure must be a US Citizen.
While work has started on this project in AEM Forms, the Key Person(s) may elect to finish the existing work, or propose an alternate solution if they believe it would better suit the project.
Scope:
The Key Person(s) will assist with completion of a foundational project in Adobe Experience Manager using AEM Forms or other proposed system.
