As Chief Operating Officer for A-T Solutions, Jeff Simons is responsible for day-to-day company operations, business development, and execution of corporate strategic plans. Mr. Simons joined A-T Solutions in 2006 after his departure from active service, and subsequently advanced to the position of Executive Vice President. In this role, he directed the company's worldwide training operations, ensuring the delivery of award-winning training services and products to 35,000 customers at 39 U.S. and international locations. Through his customer service-driven approach and focus on team-oriented solutions, Mr. Simons successfully grew the training solutions business from a small localized team to a global professional training organization that provides complex counter-terrorism training courses to warfighters, first responders, and international clients. Mr. Simons is a 26-year combat veteran of the U.S. Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal community. His experience spans joint service operational management in advance special operations training in urban and maritime environments, operational readiness of large organizations, and leading small- and large-scale combat operations. Mr. Simons was a cofounder of the Wounded EOD Warrior Foundation (WEODWF), which was dedicated to supporting wounded EOD warriors and their families. The WEODWF has since merged with the EOD Memorial Foundation to form the EOD Warrior Foundation. A native of Stamford, CT, Mr. Simons attended U.S and international military service academies, and was commissioned through the Limited Duty Officer program.
