This is an excellent opportunity to join our Road Logistics Team. Your Role Reporting to the Global Head of Road Logistics IT Systems the Director of Customer Solutions will work within the Information Systems organization of the North America Road Logistics team at Kuehne + Nagel based in the Memphis office. An experienced IT leader with a diverse technology background, you will manage the software customer solutions and production support teams, while leading new customer implementations and important software projects. You will lead the group that maintains business-critical custom software applications for the road logistics department. You will have knowledge in software development life cycle, Agile methodologies, EDI/API implementations, and production support processes. A hands-on manager with a good balance between business process knowledge and technical skills will be important. Your Responsibilities

You will work with partners, project managers, and other team members to oversee project initiation, execution, and control to ensure the delivery of software applications.

You will follow customer and partner requirements, lead the continuous improvement and development of Data Integration Services (EDI, API Web Services). In particular with focus on global Data Integrations standards.

Coordinate with our internal National Customer Solutions Teams to create solutions for customers across multiple lines of business including Sea Freight, Air Logistics, Customs and Contract Logistics functions.

Manage the production application support function, "Solution Support", covering 1st and 2nd level Support for existing applications and customer/partner integrations.

Lead a team of Project Managers, Product Owners, and production support analysts ensuring important projects and software solutions are delivered on time with high quality.

Manage software development tools/environments for the development team to manage work (Service Desk, Jira, GitLab, MS Project, and others).

Collaborate with the Global Kuehne + Nagel IT organization to implement process improvement for SDLC and Agile best practices including code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and documentation.
Your Skills and Experiences
You have a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Information Technology or an equivalent education. 8+ years of IT experience with hands-on experience documenting requirements and managing projects in software development. 4+ years of experience with SDLC using Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies. 3+ years of experience developing data integration solutions for customers around supply chain management and collaboration. Experience with cloud services like AWS or Azure, Service Desk, Jira, or other project management tools is required.

Responsibilities

Research & analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify & evaluate strategic opportunities

Develop concepts that satisfy customer needs & provide business value

Form overall GTM strategy including target clients, local resourcing, governance, and local product requirements

Determine product-market fit of Visa BNPL products in market, determine revenue potential, timing, regulatory considerations and key market assumptions / risks, local pricing customizations

Following an agile methodology to planning, prioritization, and development, develop prototypes and launch pilots with clients

Define OKRs & determine product market fit from pilot launches, user testing, and research

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather support and inputs for pilot launches, feasibility, and scalability

Resolve issues / blockers, ensures all requirements are met to enable new client pilots / launches

Collaborate with technology partners to determine and find solutions as to how our product interacts with their respective solutions and platforms

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

IT is looking for an energetic professional to manage, lead and own the IT Network Solutions group reporting to the VP IT Infrastructure & Engineering. This remote Director will ensure operational performance and service levels are met or exceeded across the entire IT network infrastructure. An ability to think ahead of the curve and understanding of how to manage and prioritize risk (probability vs impact) is critical to the success of Wolfspeed IT Infrastructure and key for this leader to role model.

The Day-to-Day:
Lead operations and monitoring strategy, development, design, and implement proactive solutions to reduce time to repair (TTR) Responsible for monitoring of IP Services, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, IP Management, Firewall, Server Load Balancing, network elements, etc Design, implementation and effective evolution of network infrastructure and security policies, practices, and standards that ensure effective and consistent network processing operations.Hiring, training, coaching and evaluating performance of all team members.Serving as a voice for network architecture, design & planning in support of business continuity and disaster recovery Serving as a focal point of contact within Network team for IP Services related topics Responsible for performance, capacity planning and monitoring of key network service delivery channels, to include network, voice, internet, extranet, circuit, etc.Collaborates with the organization's executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on Network processes, systems and security.

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field experience.Five+ years of Network leadership experience with a minimum of five (5) years at a manager level.Expertise in driving a culture of automation to optimize operations with a focus on how to improve operational performance, resource utilization, productivity, and reliability along with scalability.

Preferred Qualifications:
