Position Overview
Exciting opportunity to manage Technical Solution Executives supporting Autodesk's Named Account (Enterprise) Sales, serving customers in the DACH and Netherlands AEC industry. The Technical Solutions team's mission is to translate customer's business challenges into technical solutions that deliver business outcomes for our customers through technical expansion selling by leading customer technical discovery, quantifying impact of technical solutions on customer's software consumption (tokens) & customer whitespace analysis. The team also works on solution concept design which involves vision creation for customer's technical solution, development of compelling technical solution concept designs & validation of technical solution and implementation plans. The team is responsible for building technical relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Manage team of 4-6 AEC Technical Solution Executives. Develop team by recruiting resources (when needed), defining staff development areas and providing ongoing feedback, coaching, training, and development. Evaluates performance and promotes ongoing development Active engagement with Sr. and peer Technical Solutions management to develop and execute upon Worldwide and EMEA business strategies Develop ongoing, collaborative business relationships with extended internal teams for driving cross-team alignment and an optimized customer success Motivate and develop team to achieve company goals and objectives. Coach teams to define/develop Expansion Plans to drive solution sales with a customer outcome focus Arrange regular team calls to provide business updates Develop 1:1 coaching and development opportunities with team members Continually evaluate organization structure to ensure success through alignment with Sales teams, allocate resources as needed Keep Technical Solution Executives operating expenses within budget Establish strong working relationships across GEOs, Sales, Consulting, Industry Strategy and Marketing, Worldwide Sales Operations, and other groups to gain insight and appropriately structure teams Act as the technical interface to corporate product groups. Provide guidance to product groups on new product enhancements and prioritization of new features. May be involved with launching new products Participate in forecast calls, account planning, and other management meetings either virtually or in person Develop and execute an annual business plan Support product group or sales development activities to drive sales and generate additional revenue Define and or develop team training as required Review and recommend sales quota alignment with sales compensation plan design to drive appropriate behavior Drive effective use of sales processes, tools, and methodologies within the team Develop/maintain technical knowledge of product line and company's industry focus Support sales opportunities & industry events with presentations of Autodesk portfolio and industry fit Be instrumental as an Autodesk Thought Leader both internally and externally Well-practiced in holding discovery sessions and creating an action plan from the results

About the Role:
This is an opportunity to apply innovative technology to solve real problems for our prospective and existing customers. Pryon Solutions Managers work with customer executives and leaders to understand their highest priority business challenges, and lead a cross-disciplined team including engineers and data scientists to solve them. The ideal candidate will be able to think creatively on how to apply NLP, AI, and ML techniques to the knowledge management segment, and will feel comfortable distilling and presenting technical solutions to both business and technical audiences. Candidates must possess strong structured thinking, communication skills, technical knowledge (ideally in the AI/ML/NLP space), as well as proven abilities to work jointly with software engineers, data scientists, and other subject experts.
Your Responsibilities:Collaborate with customer business and technology leaders to identify compelling use cases for the Pryon Platform Define the economic impact of deploying the Pryon Platform to address customers' business challenges Provide input on product direction and strategy based on direct customer experience and feedback Work as a trusted partner with Pryon sales leadership to define and execute winning account strategies Work alongside Product Marketing, Engineering, and R&D teams to develop market-facing case studies and technical collateral
Requirements:Bachelor's degree from a 4-yearuniversity, with a focus on science, technology, engineering, statistics, or similar4+ years of work experience, including 2+ years in management consulting Experience or deep interest in working with AI/ML, NLP, knowledge management, or cloud computing technologies Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Outstanding team player with the ability to coordinate people and activities across multiple functional areas
Preferred/Nice to Have's:Programming experience in NLP, ML, AI, and data science in general Familiarity with cloud-based architectures Master of Business Administration or Master of Science in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, StatisticsUnderstanding of the competitive landscape in NLP and knowledge management platforms Competency in public speaking and senior stakeholder interaction

We are looking for a Solution Manager join the team to help plan, design, architecture and implement the customized HPC/AI/Deep Learning/Cloud/Storage Infrastructure Solution for our customers including the pre-sales engagement and technical discussion/proposal, in-house solution implementation and the on-site deployment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
Collaborate with sales, technical, and services teams to drive RFQ/RFP assessments, design, architecture, presentation, solution development and innovation Draft and maintain technical documentations including drawing/diagram Provide Sales Engineering support, BOM creation assistance, SOW assistance along with planning and designing solutions for complex multi-vendor solutions amongst other responsibilities Research, design and develop repeatable solutions for customer IT needs Meet with key vendors to stay current on products and technologies Work closely with teams to ensure a seamless transition from scoping/SOW completion through delivery Provide on-site support during deployment/customer acceptance verification as needed



Qualifications:



BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5 years proven working experience in performing a consultant or Architect role Solid Server, OS, Software Application and Networking knowledge Experience in the Data Center environments including power/cooling/cabinet floor plan knowledge Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in-person and over the phone, outstanding presentation, and documentation skills Strong business understanding including costing, P&L and pricing strategies and produce solutions quickly Ability to work effectively within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally, work both individually and in a team environment Attention to detail, organization, and follow up skills are critical, possess a real passion for technology Travel required for on-site projects if needed. Ability to lift 25 pound to a height of 3-4 feet
