What Does A Solutions Operator Do At Amerihealth Caritas

* The Coordinator, Enterprise Operations Solutions reports directly to an Enterprise Operations Solutions Director and works with the Enterprise Operations Solutions Issue Resolution Team (EOS
* IRT). The EOS Coordinator is responsible for coordinating activities and providing administrative support required achieving all EOS goals, specifically those impacting claim related issues.
* Major Accountabilities:
* Coordinates activities supporting the Enterprise Operations Solutions teams, including meeting coordination and preparation, development of materials, and reporting.
* Responsible for triaging all claim intake issues from all sources and escalates issues that remain open more than established threshold.
* Triages and tracks all EOS
* IRT Email and Voice Mail account inquirie, and reports out on daily priorities.
* Maintains multiple tracking grids related to complex claim payment issues.
* Interacts with cross-functional teams and follows up on action items and deliverables.
* Responsible for Plan and Provider follow up via telephone and email.
* Creates and maintains department templates and documentation storage for the EOS
* IRT team.
* Assists in the development and maintenance of internal and external dashboard reports, presentations, and materials, to include reports for senior leadership and those measuring performance against SLAs.
* Analyzes and trends certain reports to identify outliers and areas of improvement.
* Assists in drafting and/or finalizing formal correspondence to customers.
* Engages, develops and maintains multiple customer relationships, establishes trust and open communications.
* Assists in leading EO
* IRT and meetings as needed

What Does A Solutions Operator Do At Lubrizol

* working with users to recover or archive content from a site, upgrade to a new release, assist with the installation and testing of software add-ons, create scripts to automate tasks and update and test disaster recovery procedures.
* Additional duties will be assigned based on specific projects that are active during that semester.
* Strategy and Technology Reporting (Portfolio and Service Management)
* The Portfolio and Service management team is responsible for defining and tracking the processes by which IS runs its business.
* In this role you will become familiar with IT Service Management (ITSM) standard processes, Project Portfolio Management processes and how conformance to these are measured and monitored within Lubrizol.
* You will be responsible for helping to develop reports and dashboards which will help the management team assess performance against these standards and continuous process improvement.
* Additional duties will be assigned based on specific projects that are active during that semester.
* Product, Safety, and Compliance Labeling
* This assignment is directly related to creation and maintenance of Lubrizol material labeling.
* Samples, raw materials, intermediates and products must all have proper labeling to be compliant with regulatory standards.
* This assignment will involve regular communications with the business community, Product Safety and Compliance experts, Transportation experts and the labeling committee.
* Some responsibilities include developing label statistics, label templates and testing.
* Global Help Desk Support (Service Desk)
* You will be working side-by-side with global help desk staff members to support, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, questions and requests.
* The global help desks are the entry way to IS.
* They are the first person the customer interacts with in terms of their day to day computer/application needs.
* The global help desk team supports customers around the globe in five different languages (English, French, Dutch, Spanish and German).
* In addition to customer support activities, you will be involved in building/re-imaging computers, installing software, virus investigation, basic system administration, and general computer and system maintenance.
* You may be exposed to new software and hardware being introduced into the Lubrizol standard operating environment during your co-op semester.
* Additional duties may be assigned based on specific projects that are active during that semester.
* B2B Support (Enterprise Resource Planning and Business Intelligence Solutions)
* You will help ensure the day to day functionality of our Business to Business software solutions are performing as designed.
* Troubleshooting and analysis skills will be leveraged when unanticipated events/data compromise the normal process and recovery of the system/process is needed.
* Interaction with third party software vendors, a variety of Lubrizol IS personnel and Lubrizol customers will most likely occur while fulfilling this role
