As Chief Technology Officer, Jason Prigge oversees Solutran’s technical services and application development teams. He joined Solutran in 2006 and has over 14 years of experience in a wide range of technical disciplines including software development, database management, and system administration. Before joining Solutran, Jason served as the Director of Corporate Applications at TargetRx in Philadelphia, and prior to that, he worked as a Solutions Architect in the Global Outsourcing Division of Unisys. Throughout his career, Jason has also taught database management courses at a college level and other advanced Oracle topics to corporate professionals. close

Mike Rahman is a Chief Financial Officer at Solutran and is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He has worked as Intern at Mayo Clinic, Marketing Intern at Solutran, and Intern at Brighton Health Plan Solutions. Mike attended St. Olaf College between 2008 and 2012 and The Wharton School between 2015 and 2017.

Carmen Nordstrand is the COO for Solutran, a Minneapolis based payments technology company.

We serve the nation’s largest health programs, retailers, state governments, employers and consumer product manufacturers with private sector and public sector EBT programs. Solutran is known as a market leader in each of the current business lines building market share with new products that deliver unique health benefits to health plan members, government EBT programs to food insecure individuals through WIC EBT and SNAP programs while also offering state-of-the-art technology for healthy eating solutions with our Healthy Savings product.

In her role as COO, Carmen has direct oversight for day to day activities supporting all business lines, including management of operations, client service, project management, recruiting, culture and talent management. She is responsible for effectively delivering industry leading solutions and results to customers. Oversight also includes managing external relationships with partnering banks and other strategic partners.

Carmen is a senior Leadership Team member contributing to strategic direction of the company while managing day to day activities.
