Regularly contribute to and elevate Maven's design culture by sharing work, mentoring peers, and pushing our design practice forward.
We're looking for you to bring:

A strong portfolio that shows end-to-end thinking - research, concepting, systems, interaction, and visual design - across complex, multi-platform products.
Systems thinking and a passion for building scalable experiences that support both near-term needs and long-term evolution.
Fluency in visual design - typography, layout, branding, motion - and a high bar for craft and polish.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and shaping direction in early-stage product environments.
Experience designing for multiple modalities and surfaces, including AI features, chat interfaces, or dynamic personalization systems (a plus).
Fluency in Figma, including component-driven workflows and auto layout best practices.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across engineering, product, and data teams to bring work to life.
Motivation to work in a mission-driven, fast-paced startup focused on reimagining women's and family healthcare.

Auto-ApplyInstructor Partnerships Manager
Remote job
Team: Growth
Reports to: VP, Growth
Maven is reinventing our post-secondary education system from the ground up. We're starting with practical, professional courses on key skills taught by leading experts in your field. Think: learning AI Product Management from a head of product at OpenAI or an engineering lead at Meta. Our cohort-based model means our engagement rates are 80-90% instead of the 5-10% from video-based learning. Maven's marketplace has 500+ expert-led cohort-based courses, 70K+ student alumni, and 700K+ registered users. Today, we're direct to consumer but eventually we'll offer certificate programs, MBA-like programs, and sell directly to businesses.
We are founder-led - our CEO, Gagan, co-founded Udemy, and our CTO, Shreyans, was the first engineer at Venmo. Our business grew over 100% last year. We've raised $25 million from Andreessen Horowitz, First Round, and a supportive network of industry angels and are on track for profitability.
About the Role
As an Instructor Partnerships Manager at Maven, you'll be responsible for bringing the next generation of high impact instructors onto the platform and guiding them all the way through to successful course launches.
You'll build and own a portfolio of high-potential creators, operators, and industry leaders, and be the driving force behind making Maven the number-one place for experts to teach online.
This is a highly entrepreneurial, fast-paced, relationship-driven role. You'll be identifying promising instructors, pitching the Maven vision, advising them on the right course to build, and partnering with them through launch. You'll shape our creator ecosystem from the ground up and help build the programs and systems that will eventually scale to thousands of instructors.
We're looking for a self-starter who loves the chase as much as they love helping creators succeed. Someone who is energized by hitting ambitious goals, thrives in a fast-changing environment, and is deeply curious about what makes great instructors great.
You'll report to the VP of Growth and work closely with our Product, Marketing, and Instructor Success teams.
What You'll Do
Acquire High-Quality Instructors
Build and manage a targeted pipeline across segments: operators, founders, creators, domain experts, and rising thought leaders.
Source, pitch, and close new instructors, owning the full funnel from first outreach to start date of their first cohort.
Build and Maintain Deep Relationships
Earn the trust of instructors through thoughtful guidance, strategic insight, and clear communication.
Develop a strong point of view on what makes someone a great fit for Maven and act as an advisor they rely on.
Become a recognizable presence in creator, tech, and business communities.
Guide Instructors Through Successful Launches
Partner with instructors to refine their course positioning, shape their landing pages, and prepare for launch.
Work closely with our internal teams to ensure instructors have the resources, tools, and support they need.
Track performance and implement improvements to drive high instructor activation and success rates.
Own Strategy & Execution for Your Portfolio
Use data to prioritize segments, refine outreach, and tighten your book of business.
Hit and exceed acquisition, activation, and revenue targets.
Provide insights back to product, marketing, and leadership that influence roadmap and strategy.
Plant Seeds for the Future
Help design and iterate on acquisition programs and playbooks that can scale to thousands of instructors.
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that grow the instructor ecosystem and strengthen the Maven brand.
Represent Maven in external conversations with creators, operators, and industry leaders.
About You
A natural relationship-builder who loves talking to creators, operators, and founders.
A strong closer with experience in partnerships, creator development, business development, or similar outbound-heavy roles.
A self-starter who thrives with autonomy, embraces shifting priorities, and moves with urgency.
A strategic thinker with the ability to zoom out and identify patterns, and zoom in to execute.
Comfortable with data and using it to shape strategy, measure performance, and refine your book of business.
Detail-oriented and operationally strong, capable of managing multiple deals, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
Experienced in a creator-facing environment (edtech, media, B2C platforms, communities, marketplaces, or startup ecosystems a plus).
Passionate about helping experts share what they know and building a new model for professional education.
Team & Culture
You'll report to Mallory (VP, Growth) and work closely with our product, marketing, and instructor success teams.

We are fully remote, with no-meeting Wednesdays and biannual company offsites. Join us to do the best work of your career, and help build the world's most dynamic expert-led learning brand.

Auto-ApplySenior Forward Deployed Solutions Engineer
Remote or New York, NY job
Company Summary: We are a rapidly growing, fully remote Intelligent Document Processing company that drives unmatched efficiency in the medical equipment, healthcare, and financial services industries. Leveraging techniques like optical character recognition, machine learning, and large language models, our platform empowers our customers to transform complex, unstructured data into actionable insights, expediting their revenue cycle and lowering their costs. Ultimately, this helps patients get the care they need more quickly while reducing frustration with both their provider and their insurance company.
While we currently focus primarily on the HME (Home Medical Equipment) and DME (Durable Medical Equipment) industries, we are exploring and developing additional applications of our solutions to broader problems within healthcare, finance, and beyond.
Position Summary: Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the Forward Deployed Solutions Engineer is the hands-on solutions lead at the customer front line-partnering with Sales pre-close and owning technical delivery post-close. You'll design architectures, build integrations and pipelines, and turn 0→1 prototypes into hardened 1→N solutions on Notable's document-processing platform (plus complementary low/no-code tools).
In your first six months, you'll build strong relationships with the core engineering team, develop a deep understanding of the current architecture, and serve as the bridge between Notable and customer engineering teams. By synthesizing themes across multiple customers, you will help define the next set of capabilities for the core platform. Over the longer term, you will leverage the platform to design and deliver solutions for customers.
Job Duties
Pre- & post-sales partner: Lead technical discovery, demos, PoCs, and success criteria definition; own solution design through deployment and handoff.
Architect & diagram: Produce clear system, sequence, and data-flow diagrams; define interfaces, SLAs, and failure modes.
Issue resolution: Triage and resolve technical blockers across discovery, design, and implementation.
Bridge teams: Liaise between Sales, Customer/Implementation, Security, and Core Engineering; drive decisions and unblock dependencies.
Build solutions: After the platform evolves, deliver integrations, microservices, real-time data pipelines, and lightweight UIs with modern stacks, leveraging low-/no-code as needed.
Rapid prototyping: Turn ambiguous requirements into scrappy-but-safe 0→1 prototypes in days (Notable + low/no-code, Python/TypeScript); validate with real data/telemetry, then harden to a 1→N architecture.
