Since 2005, Koray is the founder and chief architect of Solvoyo which is a Boston, MA based software company providing mission critical supply chain optimization services over the internet utilizing cloud technology. Its flagship product “planLM” was developed in a technology park in Istanbul and financed by the Turkish Science Institute (TUBITAK)/EU grants as well as self-funding. planLM increases supply chain efficiency (reduces transportation costs and inventory assets, improves customer service, better utilizes capital intensive assets and increases sales by insuring availability) for distributors, retailers, manufacturing businesses, and logistics providers. Its SaaS sales model continues to be disruptive to the existing supply chain software models that rely on a hefty upfront IT investment. Built with the latest Microsoft.NET technology from ground up, planLM signed its first client in June 2010. Already achieved a proven track record in large-scale implementations at Home Depot, Applied Materials, HP, Alpine in the US and Vestel, G2M, A101, Ekol Logistics, LC Waikiki in Turkey.

I am currently a high-tech learner taking an immense pleasure from implementing the bold autonomous supply chain vision of Solvoyo at clients. Previously I had a two decade experience working for Corporate America in M&A and risk management. I have passion for customer success, culture, relationship and team building and operational excellence. I am best known for having boundless energy and getting things done!

I started my career in risk management for Marsh & McLennan, one of the largest global insurance brokers, and the skills built from that experience led to a move to General Electric corporate treasury department at GE HQ in Connecticut (later to London). While at GE I completed their management training program and achieved six sigma certification.

My GE experience prepared me for a leadership position at Aon in their Boston M&A division, where I conducted operational risk assessments and insurance due diligence on acquisitions for Private Equity and corporate clients, to maximize the valuation of new and existing investments.

Aon rewarded my valuable contributions with a regional leadership position as managing director of their fast-growing Central and Eastern Europe/Middle East/North Africa region, based in my native Turkey, with administrative offices in Istanbul.

I'm currently putting my global corporate experience to great use as COO and Head of Customer Success at supply chain planning & analytics SaaS company Solvoyo, based in Boston, MA with R&D centers in Istanbul, Turkey and Athens, Greece. Learn more about Solvoyo below.

In addition to my business roles I've enjoyed being active in women's professional networking groups where I actively looked for opportunities to promote women to leadership roles in the corporate world. My position at Solvoyo has also heightened my awareness of the need to advocate for women leadership in the technology and entrepreneurship fields.

Specialties: Customer Success, Business Development, Project Management, M&A, SaaS, Operational Improvements, Talent Development, Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Analytics
