A few too many policy changes in such a short amount of time.

The job seems good when you first get it.

After a year, they never give you a raise. They don’t review you. I’ve been here for a couple almost 2 years and I’ve yet to receive any kind of raise.

I don’t have any perks or benefits because they don’t give them. The perk is that you just happen to be working for Sbm
