The Opportunity:

Coordinate work from the front desk by prioritizing and delegating tasks to completion and act as a point of contact for escalated guest situations when a manager is unavailable; assist with training and mentorship for Front Desk Hospitality Agents.
Ensure the maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of both guest-facing and back-of-house working spaces, contributing to a welcoming and efficient environment for both guests and team members.
Flexibly support the back-of-house team on a day-to-day basis as needs arise, including housekeeping quality audits, inventory checks, and minor maintenance and technology issues; Support multiple Sonder properties throughout the local market, as required
Assist market leadership with administrative tasks to keep all operations running smoothly and contribute to continuous improvement in the guest experience.
In markets where applicable you will also be required to; set up the breakfast buffet and tables, help serve and take care of the breakfast and to respect HACCP
Who We Look For:
Demonstrated experience working in hotels, restaurants, or customer-facing hospitality, service, and/or customer experience roles; demonstrated experience using customer communication software such as Salesforce.
Personable, service-minded, and positive; you love speaking with guests in-person and through digital support channels.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing guest needs and a desire to “get it done” for our guests.
Strong computer literacy and writing skills, and comfortable switching between multiple desktop and mobile applications.

The pay range for this role is between $46,517.00 - $49,920.00 annually. Actual pay within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including your geographic location. Equity, benefits, and discretionary bonus may be additional forms of compensation for this role and are not included in the provided pay range.

What You'll Do as an Insurance Sales Agent
Responsible for the sale and service of ACG branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within an ACG branch.

What You'll Do as an Insurance Sales Agent

What You'll Do as an Insurance Sales Agent
Responsible for the sale and service of ACG branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within an ACG branch.
Uses sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer-specific needs to generate new sales, retain existing insureds, and grow ACG's overall insurance book of business.
Effectively overcomes objections to close the sale and/or retain the insured.
Works to meet or exceed targets as defined in the sales incentive plan and goals assigned by leadership.
Conducts insurance review for clients to identify a range of suitable products. Uses provided tools and applicable underwriting guidelines to assess risk, recommend appropriate products and related coverage, quote, bind and issue policies.
Participates in local branch events, to solicit new business, create and expand business networks.
Build rapport critical to establishing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and affinity to the AAA brand.
Responds to customer inquiries and requests relating to insurance, membership, and financial products.

A DAY IN THE LIFE of a Field Insurance Service Representative
The Auto Club Group is seeking a Field Insurance Service Representative who will provide a high level of support to the Insurance Agency and members by servicing existing insurance accounts.
Perform retention calls, process applications, renewals, amendments, resolve customer problems, as well as selling membership and financial products (credit cards)
Provide price quotes on all insurance products and factor in all applicable rules (underwriting, business, etc.) and discounts to complete the sale
Take insurance payments (initial, installment, lapse, or reinstatement)
Respond to customers' insurance inquiries and explains product features and Auto Club Group service advantages to potential customers for the purpose of promoting and selling various insurance, membership, and financial products
Refer to agent when appropriate
Recognize and promote cross-sale opportunities within the context of servicing a change to an existing member's policy and provide efficient processing of customer policies, endorsements, and status and coverage changes in accordance with state rules and corporate policies and procedures
Provide customer assistance through the performance of sales processing activities and assists management and agents when applicable
