About the Role
SonderMind is hiring a Customer Success Specialist, who will be tasked with building rapport with our clients and providers in order to provide a world-class customer experience through researching billing and claims, answering general questions from our clients and providers, setting expectations related to the SonderMind experience, and provide basic technical support for use of SonderMind platform.
Customer Success Specialists use customer service and time management skills to complete all tasks in a timely manner and are held accountable to individual metrics. This role receives high form and email volumes and will include responding to emails and forms, as well as making outbound calls. Successful candidates will have call center experience, have worked with commercial insurance and Medicare, and have the ability to communicate effectively with our client and provider group.
What you'll do
Manage high volume of client and provider questions and requisitions in a mix of emails, forms and inbound/outbound calls.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right method/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure completion
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Communicating and coordinating with other departments and colleagues
Maintain a QA average of 85% or higher and a case activity average of 7 cases per hour
While rare, may encounter distressed clients and connect them with proper resources
What does success look like?
Within three weeks, fully understand our client and provider journey, understand SonderMind's technology platform and answer basic customer and therapist requests
Within one month, support most client and provider requests via chat, email, or phone
Ongoing, ability to effectively answer questions and requests from our customers and effectively hit defined goals and targets
Who You Are Required Experience:
Experience with billing support or customer service
Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls in a metric-driven environment
Proven ability to navigate multiple platforms when working with a caller
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Must be available to work shifts between the hours of Monday through Friday from 7am-6pm MST
Preferred Education / Experience:
Previous call center or billing experience working with insurance and claim processing
Experience with a ticketing system/sales or CRM systems
Experience with basic troubleshooting and technical support

About the team:

About the Role

About the Role
As a Healthcare Billing Specialist you will be responsible for all revenue operations activities from benefits verification to payment collections. This position will report directly to the Associate Manager of Billing and will work closely with other functional areas in the department including customer success to promote the highest level of patient satisfaction. Review client benefit verification responses
Handle client and provider billing inquiry escalations
Reprocessing and submitting insurance claims for payment
Resolve outstanding client balances through claims reconciliation with Managed Care payors

Within one week, be able to understand the full revenue cycle including learning processes, adapting tools, and become familiarized with revenue workflow
Within two weeks, be able to communicate directly with clients and providers answering and resolving billing/claim issues; dive into claims submission and research rejected, incorrect or outstanding claims and/or patient issues
Within one month, be able to see positive accounts receivable collection improvements through blank payment posting, working outstanding AR and charging outstanding cost share in the charging queue.

About the Role
The Director of Revenue Operations will be a key leader responsible for the strategic direction and operational execution of the entire revenue cycle. This role will oversee all aspects of revenue generation, from patient access and registration to billing, coding, and collections. This position will develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, minimize denials, improve cash flow, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
What you will do
As the leader of our Revenue Operations team, you'll drive strategy, optimize processes, and ensure end-to-end excellence across the revenue cycle. This is a high-impact role where you'll collaborate with senior leadership, lead a talented team, and use data and technology to improve financial performance and scalability.
You will:
Develop and execute strategic plans that align revenue cycle performance with company goals
Oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle, from patient access and billing to collections and denials management

Lead process improvement initiatives using best practices and methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma

Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, finance, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully leading and optimizing revenue cycle operations.
Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, payor regulations, and healthcare finance.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using EHR and practice management systems.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
Certification in revenue cycle management (e.g., CRCR, CPCO) is highly desirable.

As a Member Services Associate at Maven, you will be responsible for:
Engaging with Maven members over messaging, live chat and phones. Associates may be asked to focus on outbound calls/messages around technical issues and general Maven questions based on volume.
Answer non-complex inquiries related to our fertility managed services benefit and benefits design/navigation within target response times and with high member satisfaction
Answering contacts related to Maven Wallet and payments-related member issues
Assisting members with ensuring relevant documentation is submitted for reimbursement requests
Processing receipts submitted by members for reimbursement across all areas of the Maven Wallet product
Following relevant procedures for the translation of material relevant to process reimbursements for international Wallet tickets
Creating and/or maintaining member-facing program overviews and other key internal resources

About the Role
As a dynamic and relationship-driven manager, you will develop, strengthen, and enhance SonderMind's payor relationships nationwide, within an assigned region. Using your commercial and government payor relationships and your broad knowledge of payor contracting, you will lead negotiations with payors and health plans, resulting in favorable reimbursement and contractual language terms. You will proactively develop contract negotiation strategies that align with the financial objectives of SonderMind. You are a creative problem-solver and out-of-the-box thinker who is passionate about improving access and outcomes in mental health.
Essential Functions
Strategically determine where SonderMind could strengthen its in-network participation with payors and engage with new payors to secure in-network agreements.
Develop and analyze complex data sets for use with rate modeling, proposal preparation, and negotiations.
Lead, develop and identify negotiation strategies to optimize partnership opportunities with key payors, while working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to execute and manage such arrangements.
Cultivate relationships, build partnerships and maintain strong communication with payors. Develop materials used for presentations and lead monthly/quarterly meetings.
Review and analyze contract language and reimbursement terms in existing and potential payor agreements. Recommend modifications that support the business objectives and benefit the company.
Collaborate with and support internal cross functional teams, such as Revenue Cycle, Credentialing, Finance and Legal. Identify areas requiring cross functional problem solving and initiate solutions.
Investigate and understand payor market dynamics in different states (payor mix changes, reimbursement issues, product offerings and state regulatory statutes) that will enable you to develop clear value propositions to enhance partnerships with payors.
Own the end to end negotiation and renegotiation process to include application process to initiate new agreements to operationalizing new agreements and/or amendments. This includes loading data into the contract management system and preparing contract summaries of financial and administrative terms.

Maven is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Intelligence to lead and expand our Business Intelligence function. This role will set the technical vision, manage a growing team, and oversee strategic projects to uncover business insights that enable data-driven decision-making. As part of the Business Intelligence team, you will partner closely with our Client Success, Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive the adoption of scalable data models, reporting solutions, and actionable insights across the organization.
As a Senior Manager, Business Intelligence at Maven, you will:
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Business Intelligence team, fostering growth and collaboration.
* Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of data structures from both internal and 3rd party sources for use in analytics and reporting (primarily using SQL and Python).

* Establish and promote development best practices, coding standards, and design principles across the team.

We're looking for you to bring:
* 10+ years of relevant analytics or data science experience, including a minimum of 3 years of management experience leading technical teams.
* Fluency in SQL and a strong background in data visualization.
* Hands-on experience with Python or R is preferred.
* A proven ability to manage both long-term strategic initiatives and ad hoc, high-priority requests as needed.
* Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams and developing junior team members.
For candidates in NYC, CO, or CA, the base salary range for this role is $200,000 - $235,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.

About the Role

Who You Are
10+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in driving customer acquisition and ROI across digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic, TV, etc.) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
