Position Summary The Psychologist - HSPP position is responsible for provision of clinical care, competency development, clinical supervision, authorization of treatment plans/care, training, and support of Doctoral, Master's and Bachelor's prepared behavioral health staff. This position shall develop, conduct, and evaluate training for all levels of direct clinical service staff and interns to ensure utilization of evidence based practice for quality care. The Psychologist - HSPP will be a subject matter expert for clinical care and provide guidance on treatment recommendations and provision of clinical services. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of Aspire utilizing evidence-based best practice models. The position will also work in conjunction with management in working towards Aspire's strategic priorities and excellence in health care.
