Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Associate Sales & Clinical Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of current and future Sonendo customers. This position is essential to the onboarding process of new customers, ensuring a smooth and effective introduction to Sonendo's products and clinical protocols. * Take initiative in learning new tools, systems, or procedures relevant to the role.
* Maintain advanced clinical knowledge of endodontic procedures, technology, and the business landscape.
* Ensure compliance with Salesforce.com call entry, quality system procedures, and all relevant company policies and standards.
* Able to install a new GentleWave system.
* Work closely with the Area Sales Manager to support territory strategy, alignment, and execution.
* Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
* A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* A minimum of 2+ years of sales experience. Patient care environment preferred.
* A valid driver's license.

* Strong computer/technical skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com).

The Senior Quality Engineer will be responsible for the effective design and manufacture of medical devices, compliance with internal procedures and external regulations, and the efficient execution of business activities thereto related. The Senior Quality Engineer will be expected to:
Monitor and ensure compliance to internal quality system and external industry regulations

Develop and maintain inspection and quality control procedures

Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
B.S. in Engineering, Life Science or related discipline required
Minimum of 5 years work experience in a regulated industry required (medical device preferred)
Minimum of 4 years work experience in quality engineering or quality assurance role
Working knowledge of 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485 pertaining to class II/class IIb medical devices
Demonstrated knowledge of statistical methods and principles

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Leads strategy and develops the strategic plan for the organization and long-term program plans related to public policy, advocacy, leadership development, education, and membership needs, in collaboration with the board and planning committee.

Directs effective advocacy on behalf of membership with state and federal regulators and legislators.
