We have a great opportunity for a motivated WarehouseAssociate to join our team! You will ensure products get where they need to be by receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting and assistance with general maintenance of the warehouse.
Pay range: $19.00 - 22.00 per hour, DOE
We are looking for associates who:
* Pick, pack, and ship orders using an RF scanner. Orders range from a small box to pallets.
* Receive and store inventory in a safe and correct manner
* Perform cycle counts regularly
* Record damaged or defective materials
What you bring:
* Willing to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacket. You will also use push carts and rolling ladders.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
* Ability to be on your stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse with or without accommodation

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for performing all BEDGEAR warehousing functions in a safe, professional, and efficient manner, adhering to established processes and procedures. This position requires an intermediate understanding of warehousing best practices, including physical and systematic receiving processes, maintaining appropriate stock levels for production, and accurately picking finished goods orders using warehouse management systems and RF scanners. This role ensures exceptional, uncompromising service for both internal and external customers by executing tasks swiftly, accurately, and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in all warehousing functions while following established safety and operational procedures.
Maintain inventory safely and accurately within the warehouse.
Accurately pick all order types (B2B and B2C) according to pick tickets, ensuring 100% accuracy.
Efficiently floor load finished goods cartons on full truckloads or containers to maximize cubic space.
Perform inventory counts at required accuracy levels using current measurement techniques.
Ensure production areas maintain appropriate stock levels to prevent workflow disruptions.
Move completed work orders from production areas into finished goods inventory.
Complete receiving condition reports and validate received SKU and carton counts.
Assist in manual unloading and processing of inbound containers containing raw materials and finished goods.

Label, palletize, and stage inbound and outbound materials accurately.

Verifies accuracy of inventory by conducting daily cycle counts of finished good, components and raw materials. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Cycle Count Conducts daily cycle counting of finished goods, components and raw materials at American Textile. Prepares daily cycle counting reports.
• Inventory & Production
Investigates all sources of variances and provides support to correct deficiencies. Attends monthly meetings with upper management reporting on inventory accuracy. Audits outbound shipments to other ATC facilities and reports any discrepancies or inventory problems to the appropriate departments. Assists with conducting inventory count.
• Physical Inventory
Assist with any physical inventories required.
• Reporting
Prepares inventory accuracy reports for the various Company departments and monthly COGS reporting meetings.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write.
• Basic computer skills, knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to use AS400, Logimax, scanners
• Certified to operate forklifts, scissor lifts and stand up lifts.
• All other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to and including 50 pounds.
• Ability to carry objects weighing up to and including 50 pounds.
• Ability to push/pull objects weighing up to and including 50 pounds.

We have a great opportunity for a motivated Driver/WarehouseAssociate to join our team! You will ensure products get where they need to be by receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting and assistance with general maintenance of the warehouse.
Shift: 7:30am-4:30pm
We are looking for associates who:
* Must be 21 years of age or older
* Pick, pack, and ship orders using an RF scanner. Orders range from a small box to pallets.
* Receive and store inventory in a safe and correct manner.
* Perform cycle counts regularly.
* Record damaged or defective materials.
* Drive company truck(s) with great care, assuring compliance with all prevailing traffic laws and legal speed limits, and safety protocol.
* Provides associates with possible solutions and/or appropriate contact information when problems arise, reports observations of customer opportunities and problems to the Warehouse Manager.
* Loads and unloads materials from truck in an accurate, efficient, and safe manner, utilizing proper body mechanics and proper equipment (e.g., forklift).
* Receive and check-in deliveries, pickups and returns to ensure quality and quantity of products.
* Cut wire, rod, or strut, safely utilizing the appropriate equipment.
* Sweep floors remove trash and otherwise maintain the warehouse in a tidy and safe condition.
What you bring:
* Willing to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacket. You will also use push carts and rolling ladders.
* Ability to climb into and drive delivery vehicles.
* Ability to unload material at customer site, including heavy and bulky items.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
* Ability to be on your stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse with or without accommodation
* Basic problem-solving skills and computer skills
