I believe it's slightly below average pay compared to industry. It works for me since I can walk to work but I could make 10% more if I am willing to drive.
It's pretty typical for the industry... Hispanics/ Blacks in housekeeping, blacks at front desk
I can't really say anything brings me joy at Sonesta since our location manager and assistant are poor, uncaring managers with NO communication to the team
