Duties and Responsibilities
* Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and hospitality-driven manner, ensuring a luxury brand experience.

- Duty and Tax applicability, Section 232 & Section 301.
- Communicate documentation discrepancies to client and supervisor.
- Coordinate freight delivery to designated locations.
- Resolve finance and accounting reconciliation exchange issues.
- Responsible for filing entries to customs via GBS-CM in a timely and accurate manner.
- Responsibilities may include scanning entries into the imaging system meeting allotted and sensitive time requirements.
- Administrative responsibilities include preparation of reports/presentations and analysis using various software packages and databases.
- Daily follow up on documentation discrepancy issues which requires the ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with customers and foreign origins.
- Establish and maintain client relationships.
- Position may require a weekend schedule on a department rotation basis and not limited to working a holiday schedule based on the needs of the operation and requirements of the account.

Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent
- Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws and regulations, and other government departments

* Collect the total retail charges from the customer in cash, check or authorized charge account
* Provide the customer with the proper change and/or receipt
* Complete the accounting section of the repair order as directed by the controller

* Deliver to the accounting department all repair orders and parts invoices closed during the business day
* Control the keys associated with completed repair orders, return keys to the customer/or porter when bills are paid, and direct customers to where they may find their vehicle
* File repair orders as directed by the service department manager
* Answer the service department telephone, transfer calls to the people requested or best suited to take the calls, and take written messages when the needed personnel are not available
* Control and turn into the business office any sublet bills associated with the repair orders
* Ensure that customer complaints are handled promptly, with genuine concern and according to dealership guidelines
* Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, it's employees, or customers
* Perform any other administrative tasks as directed by management

Position Overview
Working in our state of the art service departments, the Service Advisor acts as the go-between for Service Technicians and customers. Summary
As a Service Advisor, you will be a key member of our service team, responsible for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the service department. You will serve as the liaison between customers and our skilled technicians, ensuring that customer vehicles are properly diagnosed, serviced, and repaired in a timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and hospitality-driven manner, ensuring a luxury brand experience.
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
Provide clear, consultative explanations of recommended services and repairs to promote transparency and trust.
Leverage product knowledge and service history to identify maintenance opportunities that drive service revenue while adding value for the customer.
Communicate estimated costs, obtain approvals, and proactively offer service packages or upgrades when appropriate.
Schedule appointments strategically to optimize shop productivity and technician efficiency.
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and effective workload distribution.
Keep customers informed throughout the service process with timely updates and realistic repair timelines.
Create and maintain detailed service records to support warranty claims and future business.
Prepare and explain invoices to customers, including breakdowns of services performed and any upsells.
Contribute to department profitability through consistent sales performance, RO accuracy, and adherence to margin goals.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction, retain business, and encourage return visits.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to protect CSI and service retention.
Stay informed on the latest OEM technologies, service bulletins, and brand initiatives to drive value-based recommendations.
Qualifications
3+ years of luxury or high-line automotive Service Advisor experience.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of automotive systems and basic technical understanding.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with service department operations and procedures.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
