Other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to communicate to follow instructions regarding daily job assignments. Review Drawings, Bills of Material, Part Description of Mechanical Parts, Fasteners, Wires, Connectors, Washers, Spacers, and similar types of parts Assemble kits using kitting instructions with accurately reading parts, quantities, revisions Assemble Wire Harness, Cable Assemblies using shop tools such was wrenches, torque drivers, hand tools, thread gages, Go - No-Go Gages Accurately assemble Electrical and or Mechanical Parts using either an example or from Assembly drawings or Instructions Fill forms, record data, verify count accuracy, check assembly description, dimensions, size, color Accesses the appropriate paperwork and necessary drawings for each job assignment Verifies kits, enters Batch lot information, package and label accessory items according to documented instructions Uses appropriate mats and all required tooling Checks equipment (torque wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.) to ensure proper performance Uses manufacturing routings and process instructions under close supervision May assemble a variety of systems integration subassemblies Notifies leadership of any shut down situations Enters data into Process Feedback System (PFS) and link subassemblies to final unit Enters quantities into Operations Complete (Baan) when required All employees are responsible for the Quality of their work to ensure BEI meets, or exceeds Customer Satisfaction.
