I am a pragmatic Finance leader who develops strategic plans and targets linking them to operational initiatives plans, through understanding business unit needs and processes. My expertise is formed by an early career in accounting, deep finance and FP&A experience, and a diversity of industry experience across retail, telecom, CPG and manufacturing-in public, private, and co-op companies.

Finance is more than reporting numbers; it’s about understanding business needs and finding the key drivers and metrics to execute the plan and add value. This requires identifying risks and opportunities and determining the best actions to take. As a proactive and trusted advisor and leader, I bring to the table an understanding of the dependencies across functions and business units in order to identify and evaluate priorities. This holistic approach provides the ability for the organization to make informed operational decisions to meet strategic revenue/profitability goals while exceeding customer expectations.

My strongest contributions are in evolving how we get things done to deliver value: whether improving or building teams or processes, building strategic and operational plans and goals, or helping us think of the business in a new way.
