While reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be a customer advocate who shows great follow-through and can be highly productive in a fast-paced work environment.
What you'll be doing:
You will handle any customer questions or concerns regarding order status and other related issues.

Maintain all tools and equipment in optimum working condition.
Keep all jigs and fixtures clean, waxed and properly adjusted. Report any needed repairs to the supervisor immediately. When a job is completed, thoroughly clean all fixtures before warehousing.
Make efficient use of shop supplies and materials, especially when conducting equipment ratio checks.
Maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area.
Continually practice safe operation and handling of all equipment, raw materials and products throughout the entire plant.

General Purpose of Job:

* Maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area.
