$18.00 per hour The Production Associate is responsible for aiding the line leader with daily transactions and maintaining a safe, organized, clean and efficient operation on their production line. They must be able to proactively identify and analyze problems and recommend appropriate action to improve performance to the line Leader. RESPONSIBILITIES Performs to standard rate for assigned production line and communicates to leadership when company standard is not met. Be aware of production performance KPIs. Maintains a safe and clean workspace. Ensures work area is washdown ready for sanitation to finish including the floor, tables, cutting boards, and equipment. Maintains quality specifications of unfinished products. Prepares, cuts, and repacks product per customers' specifications. Operates machinery such as potato peelers, bag sealers, and others. Responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of the work area. While adhering to sanitation and safety procedures for handling and production to SQF (safe quality food) standards. Colleagues must follow GMPs. QUALIFICATIONS Education Prefer High School or GED but not required. Experience Related industry experience preferred.
