The Microsoft 365 Engineer will serve as the primary administrator and owner of our Microsoft 365 platform. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS * Lead Ground Engineering related architectural design and technical discoveries as part of the SES product development/definition process * Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate, select, and integrate new ground desings and solutions as part of product development * Define and document system architectures including Platforms, RF, and network integration aspects * Develop architecture documentation including block diagrams, interface definitions, and design guidelines * Ensure system interoperability and performance through validation planning and technical reviews * Maintain architectural documentation and workflows in Azure DevOps or equivalent tools COMPETENCIES * Ability to demonstrate technical leadership focusing on system integrity * Proactive ownership of architecture deliverables * Excellent communication skills, both written, and oral * Ability to work and deliver within a fast-paced working environment * Ability to translate business and service requirements into technical solutions * Good teamwork spirit by working cohesively with the team towards a common goal * Adaptability to evolving technologies and dynamic project environments QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field * 8+ years of experience in satellite ground systems, covering RF, Platform, and Modem technologies * Experience of Satellite RF communications systems (MEO and GEO) * Proficiency in IP protocols, TCP, UDP, RTP, MEF, routing and switching protocols * Experience with Design and documentation tools, Visio, DevOps, MS Office set * Familiarity with link budgets, RF subsystems, and baseband platform architectures * Certifications in relevant technologies or systems integration are an advantage "SES and its Affiliated Companies are committed to providing fair and equal employment opportunities to all. Your Mission We are looking for a talented Game Engineer to develop gameplay systems for online video games with large-scale deployments. You will work directly with our design and production teams using highly collaborative processes to create amazing products. You will write highly flexible code for prototyping game features and write robust, scalable code once the fun has been found, and you understand the trade-offs between both approaches.
