ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure proper inventory levels, based on store capacity, promotions, customer requests and seasonal merchandise, in all assigned areas to maximize sales. Complete all daily orders
Maximize departmental sales by driving and maintaining superior customer service, freshness, and in stocks. Ensure a daily date check is executed. Train, motivate and develop staff to execute the same standards.
Ensure appealing presentation and pricing standards are maintained in assigned areas.
Utilize computer as needed.
Stock shelves, set up displays, ring up merchandise and sales, and perform cleaning duties as needed
Open and close the CHEF'STORE in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Perform Manager on Duty functions as needed.
Role model and promote our cultural beliefs
Ensure that the facility is well maintained and is a safe environment for staff and customers by following safety policies and practices at all times.
Correct safety issues and then notify the store management of any safety issues that exist in the store, correct if possible.
Responsible for other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required by Store Management.
SUPERVISION:
The incumbent is not required to provide direct supervision for any position. However, the incumbent may be required to monitor performance and provide real time coaching to support other associates in achieving the assigned goals.
RELATIONSHIPS
Internal: The incumbent is required to interact with employees at all levels of responsibility throughout the company.
External: The incumbent is required to interact with all customers and service providers.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed in a retail store setting, open to the public. While performing the duties of this job, exposure to outside weather conditions which can include inclement weather. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Work is typically performed on a level surface however the use of a ladder or working on an elevated surface may be required as needed. Temperature varies throughout the store ranging from -10 to 85 degrees. Required to physically interact with customers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Three (3) years' experience in a retail setting, restaurant, or customer service environment.
Supervisory or Lead experience preferred.
Must possess the ability to work a flexible hourly schedule, which includes holidays and weekends.
Must possess and demonstrate competency and proficiency with computer use, word processing, email, and internet software.

Responsible for leading all aspects of the plant value stream(s) under the direction of the Value Stream Manager to include: associate development, utilization of team consensus to evaluate decisions, ensure rapid implementation of decisions, budget development and adherence, employment decisions related to associates and performance assessment of Group Leaders and associates.
The Value Stream Team Leader will meet with the Value Stream associates regularly. Reflecting on problems, solutions and challenges, thereby creating a culture of continuous improvement.
Leads the plant value stream(s) in daily operations and continuous improvements, which include but are not limited to: supply chain, production control, manufacturing priorities and coordination between all shifts in the value stream. The Value Stream Team Leader will assist the Value Stream Manager to create continuous product flow, utilize pull systems and to level the workload.
Create the basis for continuous improvement and employee empowerment by ensuring that standardized work and processes are followed, needed adjustments are implemented and the area is compliant with safety and 5S requirements.
Instill and maintain a positive team atmosphere in the Value Stream(s); hold regular team meetings and assign team member tasks and coordinate support activities form departments outside of the team. Utilize PDCA in conjunction with Tracking Centers and Team Improvement Boards to ensure results.
Provide effective cross training for Value Stream associates and backups from other value streams to assure the continuous smooth running of the value stream. Encourage team to stop and fix problems in order to get quality right the first time.
Work with the Value Stream Manager to develop the future state value stream map and manage the plans to achieve it as documented in the Value Steam Tracking Center. In addition, the Team Leader works with the Group Leader and the Value Stream Team to maintain Team Improvement Boards. A visually controlled environment must be developed to assure no problems are hidden.

Position Purpose:

Safety: Champion all aspects of personal and Plant Safety including championing safety engagement and participating as a lead on a

The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $25.00 - $36.00 per hour. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States.

Responsibilities:
Serve as a technical resource for the finishing team.
Drive standard work adherence at all work cells, ensuring set-up, run, and tear-down processes are being followed as outlined in Work Instructions.
Provide immediate support when the finishing process is down.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years progressive experience in a Finishing role.

Reporting to the Plant Finance Manager, you will be a partner with the finance team to the Indianapolis Plant and Supply Chain Finance. You will perform complex and interpretive financial analysis for assigned areas and present recommendations to management. Main responsibilities include Finance, Cost Accounting, General Accounting, and Financial Systems. Be a leader to less experienced staff. Lead small teams and work well with small ad-hoc project teams across the plant.
Position Responsibilities
You will collaborate with others in the department on communication of weekly and monthly variances of labor, yield loss, materials usage, product costs, and overhead expense.
Improve reporting analytics.
You will contribute to the update of the monthly forecast and assist with the annual operating plan for assigned areas. Communicate changes to partners by providing specific, forward-looking commentary on the changes and guidance on potential risk.
You will partner with Continuous Improvement and Operations teams to identify cost savings projects across the plant. Provide financial analysis for new projects, capital requests and new retail products.
New product costing estimates and annual product costing in SAP.
Contribute to month-end/quarter-end close activities to ensure completion of assigned tasks, including identification and resolution of unusual items and issues promptly, review of variances, reporting and journal entry coordination.
Active involvement and participation in plant continuous improvement and engagement activities.
You will help ensure compliance with Sarbanes/Oxley, internal controls and external audit requests in the facility including reviewing inventory controls and safeguarding of company assets.
Provide ad hoc financial analysis as requested
Position Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required in Finance or Accounting
5 years general business and financial experience
Experience with financial modeling.
Fundamental knowledge of, understanding of internal and external research methods for, and driving compliance of GAAP
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups and other data manipulation formulas).
Experience working with and making recommendations for efficiencies with systems and tools, such as SAP (R/3, FICO, BI)
Identifying areas for continuous improvement and/or cost reductions and making recommendations for enhancement
Consolidate complex information into usable customer oriented formats

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. Tracks and logs workers time, materials, and other resources used for inventory purposes.

Shift Supervisor Position Summary:
The Shift Supervisor serves as the primary leadership in both business and people during a shift alongside the GM, or AGM if applicable in that location, or on own.
