Opportunity Details: Assists in the orientation of new hires, training of ultrasound students and training/supervision of students rotating from the School of Radiologic Technology. Performs portable ultrasound exams on rotating basis. Will be required to rotate through all tours inclusive of weekends. Participates in Performance Improvement activities. Qualifications: ARDMS certification in Ultrasonography required. Associate Degree. Satisfactory completion of a course in Diagnostic Ultrasound in an AMA approved school. Proven Clinical competency in Abdominal, OB/GYN, Neonatal, and Vascular Ultrasound. Responsible to maintain 30 CME credits within a 3-year rolling period for recertification annually. Performs intra-procedural transthoracic echocardiograms as ordered.
