Primary duties are to work as a Technologist generating diagnostic images for physicians, while also implementing policy and procedures as determined necessary through Manager and Supervisor. Pay Scale: $39.00 - 59.72 per hour JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a Vascular Ultrasound Technologist, your responsibilities will include: - Preparing patients for vascular ultrasound exams by explaining procedures, positioning patients, and applying gel to the skin. - Operating ultrasound equipment, such as transducers and monitors, to produce images of blood vessels. - Interpreting ultrasound images to identify vascular abnormalities. - Detailing exam findings in the patient's medical record. - Communicating with physicians and other healthcare providers about exam findings. REQUIREMENTS To be successful in this role, you must have: - Proven experience as a Vascular Ultrasound Technologist. - Credential in vascular ultrasound technology. - Strong knowledge of ultrasound equipment and procedures. - Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare providers. - The ability to work independently, as you will be the only technologist available at the site. - Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
