WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR FCMC
Our Ultrasound Technologists perform specialized exams under the supervision of a Radiologist to diagnose, treat, and care for our patients. More specifically, some of the Ultrasound Technologists' vital responsibilities include:

Understands use of the Athena/PACS/RIS/Nuance PowerShare systems.
Is competent in using the Trophon and accurately logs the disinfection of the Ultrasound tranvaginal probes in the appropriate log.
Qualifications:
Associates Degree required from an accredited community college or college/university in the Applied Science of Radiography.
Current RDMS license from ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) or equivalent is preferred, or must be RDMS registry eligible.
Current license in Radiography by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Current State of Utah DOPL Radiologic Technologist license.
Current American Heart Association BLS card (CPR and AED) and current PPD screening.
Two years of experience is preferred but not required.
