About the Role The Ultrasonographer is responsible for using diagnostic medical equipment to diagnose various medical conditions. Sonography, or ultrasonography, is the use of sound waves to generate an image for assessment and diagnosis. The Ultrasonographer may specialize in obstetric/gynecologic, abdominal, neurosonography or breast sonography. What You'll Be Doing Reviews patient's medical history and physician's instructions.
