The Workplace Coordinator plays a key role as part of the Workplace team, taking ownership and responsibility for the quality and completion of all daily office functions and services. Assisting with the day to day internal office activities, hospitality, events, space planning, shipping & receiving and front desk services. They will partner closely with the Workplace Manager as well as the broader regional and global Real Estate & Workplace team to foster an efficient, productive team environment that is supportive of continuous improvement of the department and its operational efficiencies.
This position is office-based and full-time (Monday-Friday w/ one On-Call weekend per month). Reporting to the Manager, Real Estate & Workplace. This role is based in the Goleta, California office.
What You'll Do
Provide exceptional customer service to all employees, visitors, and vendors. Maintain a professional and welcoming presence at all times.
Oversee front desk services including but not limited to mail sorting and distribution, voicemail management, employee service request tickets, and answering general questions
Assist with coordinating meetings through conference room booking, catering support, and space/layout requests
Assist with space planning (MAC) for the office and hardware lab and monitoring utilization reporting.
Partner closely with the Workplace Manager to facilitate timely processing of all invoices, purchase requisitions and tracking for accurate budget reporting and management.
Coordinate safety and security programs, working across the global team to ensure consistency with other locations. Ability to act as safety captain in the event of an emergency and oversee building evacuations, escalation to first responders, etc.
Order and maintain inventory of office supplies, shipping supplies, snacks, and beverages
Assist with daily shipping & receiving, both international and domestic
Other projects or duties as assigned

The Field Service Engineer will install, troubleshoot, and maintain Cadence hardware emulation platforms. This person will serve as the hardware technical representative providing pro-active onsite support at end user customer locations both domestic and international. This person's primary responsibility will be supporting the customers in North America. Identifies, analyzes and repairs hardware, firmware, network and other issues. Schedules part replacements and maintenance with customers as needed. Relies on experience and judgment to accomplish goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Primary contact for all hardware related issues
Planning and Installation of new equipment; reconfiguring existing equipment
Troubleshoot/diagnose and repair hardware and other problems, escalate issues when appropriate
Document all work processes as required
Establish a strong supportive relationship with customers
Inventory control
Work with Field Service team and other Cadence groups to improve pro
cesses and procedures
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Minimum working knowledge of Linux/Unix
Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
Strong documentation skills
Must be able to lift 35 lbs
US drivers license
Willingness to travel domestically including for short notice emergency service events
Full training will be provided, however any experience in the following areas would be advantageous:
Debugging and repair in a board/system level environment.
Experience with liquid cooled systems and associated repairs
Experience with Linux Shell Skills (use grep, sed, awk, find, etc)
Experience with server scripting tools including perl/bash/sh/tcsh/csh or some combination desired
Experience with networking including installation/configuration of routers, switches and firewalls.

As a Senior People Partner supporting our Product organization, you will play a key role in aligning people strategies with business objectives. You will partner closely with managers within the Product team, providing guidance, coaching, and support on a range of HR-related matters. What You'll Do:
Strategic Partnership & Influence
* Serve as a trusted advisor and coach for specific segments of the Product organization, building strong relationships with managers and providing confidential guidance.

Manager Support & Development

What You'll Need:
Basic Qualifications
