Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain firmware for DPUs in high performance systems
Implement and optimize peer-to-peer PCIe communication between DPUs and other bus devices, minimizing latency and host CPU involvement
Manage network device queues across PCIe peers and handle doorbell interrupts to process them.
Architect innovative solutions and drive alignment across teams and stakeholders.
Collaborate across hardware, drivers, system software and network cross functional teams.
Use hardware and software debugging tools to diagnose PCIe and DPU issues.
Document key technical areas and share knowledge through technical presentations
Required Qualifications
BS in Computer Science / Software Engineering or 10+ years of relevant work experience
8+ years of combined experience in C/C++
Expert level proficiency developing software/firmware on Nvidia BlueField DPUs, or similar technologies
Strong understanding of PCIe peer-to-peer communication, including memory-mapped I/O, queue management, and device-to-device signaling.
Ability to debug, profile, and optimize firmware performance
Working knowledge of networking protocols: TCP/IP, UDP and L2 layer protocols
Proven track-record of solving ambiguous problems with minimal direction.
Strong debugging / analysis / troubleshooting skills

Experience with P4
Experience with Open vSwitch/Sonic
EVPN-VXLAN knowledge

Purpose
The Dunsmoor lab for Learning, Memory, and Emotion at the University of Texas at Austin is recruiting a candidate to assist with human neuroimaging research investigating how emotion shapes learning and memory. The candidate will primarily be involved in day-to-day management tasks of lab activities including scheduling and recruiting participants and assisting with data collection on the lab's grant funded projects. This position is ideal for postgraduates who are seeking research experience before applying to graduate programs. Research topics relate to cognitive neuroscience of emotion and memory.
Responsibilities
Provide research assistance/support for research projects and be responsible for day-to-day operations of research activities as part of a team of faculty, graduate students, and undergraduate assistants.
Help with recruitment, participant phone screens, consenting research subjects, and data (MRI and behavioral) collection, entry, and analysis.
Oversee implementation of new functional neuroimaging protocols, including technical aspects of using 3D visual display and precise collection of psychophysiological measures during MRI scanning.
Conduct diagnostic interviews and clinical assessments of patients with posttraumatic stress disorder, anxiety disorders, and normative control participants.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering or technical field.
Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

IES is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with Hyperscale Data Center experience! This is a 100 percent travel position. This is a career position where you will be working with a dynamic and growing company leading a team of professionals. The Project Manager is the overall manager for assigned project. The Project Manager ensures that all contracted work is developed, implemented, installed and managed in accordance with the Company's requirements, including but not limited to, safety, quality, management and financial performance requirements. All aspects of the assigned project(s) must be carried out as efficiently as possible with respect to staffing, materials management, financial management, customer care and customer delivery goals.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will recruit, hire, train, manage, supervise, promote, discipline and discharge, if necessary, all project related staff. Effectively manage all human resource issues (and escalate as needed) per Company policies and procedures. Complete recommendations for project related employees' performance ratings, promotions and pay changes. Provide guidance and mentoring to meet all customer and Company goals and objectives.

The Project Manager will plan for, manage, monitor and maintain project profitability to achieve Company goals.
The Project Manager reviews all job cost postings for accuracy and completeness, including but not limited to, the preparation of invoices, customer collections and periodic financial reporting to the customer and management.

The Project Manager acts as the Company liaison for interface with customer representative(s).
