They are legitimately very welcoming of all ethnic groups, no matter where you come from, you are always given a chance to be the center of discussion, ideas, concerns and feedback. Executives in my department are extremely understanding, very compassionate, and always with an open ear to listen. And the absolute best thing is the culture, everyone is extremely hardworking and like minded, with a sprinkle of casual attitude, kinda like the surgeons in TV shows...it's very inspiring to see
Unfortunately, you aren't being taught some od the basics to the workflow, you're thrown into the pan with very talented and honestly out of league developers who understandably have no time to babysit new recruits, I'm willing to learn and adapt, but it seems there are ways to improve integration of new talents
Flexible holidays and health benefits
