Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Advanced expertise in industry-standard editing software and post-production pipelines. Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent tools).
* Strong collaboration and communication skills across creative and technical partners.
* Demonstrated reliability under pressure, maintaining high standards through complex review cycles and fast turnarounds.
* Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or equivalent experience preferred.

What You Will Do
The purpose of the Sr. Performance Improvement Specialist is to improve clinical outcomes including responsibilities relating to leading teams in the utilization of Change Acceleration Process and PI tools and providing feedback to physicians, managers, directors and executives. In collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer and appropriate Supervisory Committee Chair, facilitates evaluation of the medical staff's quality of care and leads improvement projects to decrease variation in physician practice to improve clinical outcomes and reduce cost. Who are You?
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Chemical Engineering from four-year university.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
Completed or currently pursuing a Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related Sciences.

Familiarity with and interest in AI ethics and responsible AI development.
Proficient in programming in Python and contributing to collaborative software development (version control, git workflows)
Familiar with AI and machine learning fundamentals.
Experience with LLM tooling and frameworks (in particular LangChain and Ollama), API integration and prompt engineering.
Additional knowledge in one or more of the following areas is preferred: NLP, task automation through scripting, frontend development and cloud computing.

What You Will Do
In collaboration with an Ob-Gyn Physician, this position helps manage the care of patients throughout their pregnancy. To include antepartum and postpartum care in the clinic for initial and routine obstetrical follow up and postpartum visits. In the inpatient setting, the Midwife rounds on postpartum patient, triage patients, and manage admissions, labor/induction patients and discharge patients as needed. Independently provide full scope midwifery care to childbearing women utilizing the basic philosophical tenets of midwife-led care under supervision of Ob-Gyn and/or in collaboration with.
