To learn more: **************** POSITION SUMMARY Sony Corporation of America (SCA) seeks a bright, motivated, detail-oriented audit professional for an IT Audit Manager position in our New York, NY office. This position will report to the Director, Audit based in New York, NY and will be responsible for audits of Sony Music Entertainment and Sony Music Publishing. This position will also have some global Sony IT responsibilities. About you: We need someone who is a critical thinker with the ability to analyze data and communicate results across all levels of the organization both verbally and written. Your role will include assessing large sets of data, interviewing key stake holders and communicating findings with impact. We need you to have a sense of organization, accuracy, consistency and attention to detail. In addition, we are looking for someone who is flexible, maintains an open mind and is committed to achieving goals as a team. This position will be on a hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the NYC office. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Oversee IT, operational and system reviews domestically and internationally. * Oversee and manage the SOX ITGC program of 2 companies (Sony Music and Sony Publishing) * Oversee project implementations including control testing, key report assessment and program development controls. Strategically analyze and assess in-scope applications. * Project manage all IT related audit projects timely deliverable completion * Critically review and analyze IT deliverables to make sure scope objectives have been met and promote high quality delivery * Think strategically to achieve departmental and project objectives and design execution * Evaluate whether risks to the company are identified and minimized, acceptable internal policies and procedures are followed, resources are used efficiently and economically, and the organization's objectives are effectively achieved. * Leverage and analyze large data sets to generate insight and identify potential exceptions where possible * Proactively identify IT risks and process improvement opportunities. * Track and follow-up on the implementation of management's action plans to address identified control gaps/deficiencies. * Draft high impact audit reports for executive management in power point, utilizing high quality data visual skills. * Able to handle multiple tasks and assignments. * Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Contribute to internal department initiatives, such as training and development, updates to internal audit policies and procedures and other internal projects, as requested. * Honesty, trustworthiness and ethical conduct are material requirements for the responsibilities outlined above QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION Your qualifications and experience should include: * Bachelor's Degree required (MIS, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or related field preferred) * CISA or CIA preferred * Minimum of 5-6 years of progressive experience in a public accounting firm, private industry internal audit, or an IT/Info Sec department * Must have experience with SOX scoping, SOX control rationalization and SOX program execution (e.g. planning, testing and reporting) * Should be familiar with control frameworks (ISMS, COSO, COBIT, CIS, etc.) * Have previous experience in auditing ITGCs across all IT elements/layers configurations (SAP, Business Central etc.) * Must have SAP audit experience * Ability to develop, design, and complete IT operational audits using a risk-based approach * Excellent ability to develop and write impactful reports and presentations * Good project management and organization skills; ability to multitask across multiple projects concurrently * Proficient in Microsoft Word, PPT, Excel. * Media or Entertainment industry experience is also a plus * Ability to travel internationally (+/- 10-15% travel) * All candidates must be authorized to work in the USA In addition to competitive pay and benefits, we offer an environment and culture that promotes Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
