What you'll do:
A&R - Scouting
Attending local shows and industry showcases to evaluate potential signings.
Willingness to travel to pursue signings anywhere required - often last minute.
Analyze streaming data on applications such as but not limited to Music Connect and Chart Metric.
Use spread sheets to be able to compile and present streaming, playlisting and, social media data of potential signings.
Critically analyze given data as well as genre specific culture to evaluate potential of future signings.
Meetings and calls with managers, artists and producers to discuss their projects and potential partnerships with RCA.
Studio time with artists and producers to evaluate their talent and potential. Also to develop and maintain relationships for the future.
Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to A&R executive including calendar maintenance, expenses, travel and phones if necessary.
A&R - Operations
Collaborate with A&R staff, artist management and A&R Administration in handling the coordination of all aspects of the recording process for assigned projects.
Develop strong professional working relationships with artists, producers and their management teams.
Work closely with A&R Administration to monitor all A&R budgets and related matters of spending under contractual agreements.

Join the NBCUniversal Operations and Technology (O&T) team and help drive strategy for the growing Identity and Access Management (IAM) service portfolio. The O&T IAM Architecture team is responsible for creating strategic solutions and setting the identity roadmap that supports the NBCUniversal enterprise and lines of business. QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION
Your qualifications and experience should include:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
Minimum of 3 years of associated work experience as a process engineer or business analyst, working in a cybersecurity or IT organization
PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or Certified SAFe (Scrum Master or Advanced Scrum Master) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Certifications or Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
Excellent communication (verbal/written) skills, with an ability to manage internal and external relationships up to senior level management.
Strong documentation skills - detailed tracking, metrics-based reporting and roll-ups, etc.
Outstanding analytical, process development, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced, results oriented environment.
