As the Creative Director at Southern Rose, you will be the driving force behind the visual representation of our artist clients through merchandise. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, tour, ecommerce, retail and artist relations, to conceptualize and execute compelling designs that connect with our client's fans. What you'll do:
Creative Leadership
Provide creative direction and leadership to the art team, ensuring a cohesive and compelling visual identity across artist merchandise.

Managing Freelance Creatives (Briefing, Creative Directing, Budgeting, Contracts)
Artist Strategy
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of current music trends, artist aesthetics, and fan preferences to inform and guide design decisions.
Collaborate with tour, ecommerce, retail and artist relations teams to align merchandise design with overall artist strategy and business objectives.
Design Conceptualization
Lead brainstorming sessions and ideation processes to generate fresh and original concepts for artist merchandise.
Translate creative concepts into tangible designs, considering market trends, production feasibility, and artist guidelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with tour, ecommerce, retail and artist relations to ensure seamless integration of creative concepts into product lines.
Collaborate with artist management and support teams to capture the essence of their personality, fans, and campaigns, and translate it into compelling merchandise designs.
Quality Control:
Oversee production output to ensure that the final merchandise aligns with the approved creative vision and meets quality standards.
Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback to the art and production teams to maintain high-quality output.
Who you are:
Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar leadership role within the music merchandise industry.
Strong Adobe Creative Suite knowledge (Photoshop, In-Design, Illustrator )
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful and innovative merchandise designs.
In-depth knowledge of design software, industry trends, and production processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Passion for music and a deep understanding of various artist genres.

The Specialist, US Release Planning will be based in our Nashville office and will support the US Centralized Release Planning department specifically the label copy/metadata needs for Sony Music Nashville (SMN). Specific duties include, but are not limited to the following:
What you'll do:
Project level ownership & execution of the label copy/metadata management process for Sony Music Nashville artists from start to finish
Collaborate and liaise with various departments across Sony Music Nashville such as, but not limited to, production assistants, label A&R, label Marketing, A&R Administration, Business Affairs, Copyright/IPL, Creative Services, Video Production and artist management teams to determine and gather all credits that make up each release's label copy, i.e. participants such as performers, producers, songwriters (inclusive of publishers/splits), engineers, & arrangers, as well as all other necessary credits.
Responsible for sourcing, compiling, inputting, confirming accuracy and proofreading label copy information for all SMN artists so that these releases are accurate internally and on digital partner platforms and so that royalties & payments are properly dispersed.
Confirm Side Artist rights and accurate artist level tagging with Business Affairs & Commerce teams for public-facing display and functionality on digital partner platforms and within internal systems.
Resolve discrepancies between label copy and master or artwork for all SMN artists.
Transmit physical configuration (Vinyl/CD/Cassette, etc.) packaging documents to the art director for all SMN physical releases to meet scheduled release dates.
Proofread art packaging files from Creative to ensure accurate copy on art file PDFs before they're transmitted to print vendors as part of physical configuration finished products.
Liaison with IT for GRPS label copy system improvements and updates.
Maintain label copy files for all SMN artists and provide accurate label copy to approved internal and external contacts.
Maintain regular, detailed communication of label copy information to the label & artist management as needed
Spearhead and maintain strict confidentiality for SMN releases according to the project reveal timeline including but not limited to using code names & internal metadata masking techniques.
Who you are:
College graduate with 1-2 years of previous experience in the music industry preferred
Calm, positive, while keeping a professional demeanor within a fast-paced & sometimes stressful environment
Highly organized, discrete, meticulously detail oriented but flexible in adapting and reprioritizing tasks
Self-confident and resourceful with the ability to anticipate potential issues and proactively work to put solutions in place
Thorough knowledge and understanding of Microsoft 365 Suite (including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel), Adobe Acrobat Reader, and familiarity using digital project management and issue tracking tools.
Prior release planning, copyright, and/or A&R Admin experience at a record label is a plus.

Order gifts for songwriters and clients for life events and awards.

As the Production Manager at Southern Rose, you will play a pivotal role ensuring the end-to-end execution of music merchandise production across live events, tours, and eCommerce channels. Role Overview
The Director, AI/ML, GenAI & Intelligent Automation - Finance Technology will lead the vision, setup, and execution of AI-driven automation capabilities within the Finance Applications, Systems and Services Technology (FASST) organization, supporting global finance processes such as Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
This role will establish and lead the AI/ML/IPA Center of Excellence (CoE) - a global capability designed to drive automation strategy, innovation, governance, and delivery excellence across Finance. The CoE will enable the intelligent automation of business processes through the application of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and advanced analytics, accelerating digital transformation and operational efficiency across the enterprise.

Establish and lead the AI/ML/IPA Center of Excellence (CoE) to define the strategy, operating model, and governance for intelligent automation across FASST and Global Finance Technology.
Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap to embed AI, ML, and GenAI into Finance processes (R2R, O2C, P2P) to drive measurable business outcomes.
Partner with Finance and Technology leadership to identify, assess, and prioritize automation and AI opportunities.

CoE Leadership & Governance
Build and lead a global, cross-functional CoE team of automation engineers, business analysts and solution architects.

Qualifications & Experience
Education:

A little bit about our team:
The U.S. Legal Shared Services organization is based in WMG's Center of Excellence for Shared Services in Nashville, Tennessee. The U.S. Legal Shared Services organization (or “LSS”) consists of three departments: Audit, Legal, and Publishing. Employees of the Center of Excellence provide services to all of WMG's U.S. record labels, Warner Chappell Music Publishing, WEA Corp. and Alternative Distribution Alliance (WMG's distribution companies), and WMG's other U.S. business units.
The Audit Department is responsible for handling all incoming audits arising from the artist recording agreements, joint venture and participation agreements, publishing license agreements, and union collective bargaining agreements to which WMG's U.S. record labels are a party.
Members of the Department work closely with employees in the Business Affairs, Finance, Production, Operations, New Media, and Marketing departments of each label client to fulfill the above-referenced responsibilities for the recordings and record those labels release.
Your role:
This position will run all aspects of the audit process, including, without limitation, tracking audit notifications, reviewing and analyzing the claims contained in the audit reports we receive, making recommendations to the relevant WMG internal label clients regarding how to respond to those claims, facilitating settlement negotiations between the party auditing and WMG's internal label clients, and ensuring that any internal accounting entries related to the audit process are made accurately and promptly.
Here you'll get to:
Lead all aspects of the tracking of audit notice letters received by the Group's label clients; upon receipt of a given notice, you will resolve (and then advise such label clients of) the maximum duration of the period the party in question is contractually permitted to audit, and then facilitate the negotiation of the actual period WMG will permit the party concerned to audit;
Be responsible for the audit fieldwork process, including, without limitation, by collecting all relevant data and other information contained in the books and records of the WMG label concerned that is relevant to (and falls within the contractually-defined scope) of the audit concerned;
Review and analyze the audit claims submitted by the auditor in question, as well as the relevant provisions of the underlying artist, publisher and union contracts that govern WMG's exploitation of the assets that is at issue in the audit;
Develop recommendations for the WMG label client(s) concerned regarding how to respond to the audit claims in a given audit;
Facilitate the settlement of each audit, on behalf of the WMG label client concerned; in close coordination with that label's Business & Legal Affairs and Finance Departments;
Administer any and all payments made in connection with the settlement of each audit, ensuring that each is properly recorded in the books and records of the applicable WMG label client(s);.
Lead the activities of the junior members of the Group in connection with each of the above-listed activities;
Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly Audit Reserves/P&L Reports to WMG label clients;
Organize and lead monthly status meetings with WMG label clients;
Handle the input and tracking of all data related to the Group's pending audits in the Group's consolidated audit tracking spreadsheet; and perform such other duties as you may be asked to perform by the senior management of the Group and the division.
About you:

MCA is currently seeking a dedicated Coordinator, A&R, to provide administrative support to the A&R Team.
This role requires exceptional attention to detail, great organizational skills, the ability to meet critical deadlines, and to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information is essential. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, pro-active and a “can do” attitude.
How you'll CREATE:
Maintaining high-demand schedules and calendars
Extensive individual and group travel booking, coordination and creating travel itineraries
Invoicing and communicating directly with vendors for payment processing
Prepare and process expense reports, ensuring that the correct coding is used; resolve payment issues
Regular meeting prep and coordination including meeting of guests, food ordering, setting up meeting rooms and presentations, document prep and organization as directed, occasional meeting coverage and note taking
Meeting of guests and help with general queries
Provide best in class hospitality and high level of service to guests to ensure a feeling of welcome and comfort.
Create an environment of trust and reliability with staff members, artists, and other guests so they feel their requests/needs are being addressed in an efficient manner
Special project coordination requiring follow-up and meeting of deadlines
Plan, organize and execute industry events and artist showcases,
Research and compile data reports, ensuring reports are accurate, effective, and provided on a timely basis.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of artist roster, employees, and important external contacts
Maintain a practical and technical working knowledge of the release schedule and assist team in meeting key production deadlines

Position Overview
CUMULUS MEDIA | Nashville, TN is in search of a Part-Time Promotions Assistant. This job will consist of general office duties as well as going out into the community to interact with listeners and promote our stations.
The Promotions Assistant travels around the area and represents the Cumulus stations at specified events, acting as Brand Ambassadors. This includes set-up and breakdown of pop-up tents and tables, hanging banners, interacting with listeners and executing on-site activations. To join the team, you must be able to lift 50 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods of time.
In the office, the Promotions Assistant handles prize fulfillment, event preparation, contest building, attending weekly promotions meetings, posting on radio station social media platforms, brainstorming new ideas, and other promotion-oriented tasks. The position also includes running errands and helping with vehicle maintenance.
