Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
+ 5-8 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, public accounting or management reporting.
+ Demonstrated experience managing financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans.
+ Experience managing and developing high-performing teams; proven leadership in people management and talent development.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $125,000-$155,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. + Analyze sales and attendance trends by origin, sales channel and product mix. Use this along with macro-economic variables, business intelligence and other inputs to action frequent admission price changes that drive incremental revenue lift. Understand and provide feedback on models and tools to help in continuous improvement. This requires maintaining advanced Excel models and translating data into actionable insights.
+ Developing innovative pricing initiatives (e.g. volume-tiered, variable pricing) and evaluating their success (e.g. sensitivity, break-even, volume analysis) to drive revenue and margin growth. Overview:
The Senior Financial Analyst of Global TVD FP&A is responsible for the rollup and analysis of consolidated Global Television Distribution financials, as well as assisting with developing budgets for Global TVD cash & overhead. This position will report to the Sr. Finance Manager and will also be responsible for coordinating with members of Global Distribution Operations as well as cross-functional team members in Controllership, Sales Administration, Billings and Collections, P2P, Theatrical and Television Planning Groups and Information Technology.
Responsibilities
+ Prepare templates and consolidate reporting of TVD results for various recurring processes including, but not limited to: Studios Operational Review reporting, Senior Executive reporting, and consolidated internal reporting across NBCU stakeholders.
+ TVD overhead forecasting and reporting including monthly T&E Dashboards, quarterly departmental T&E spend audits.
+ Maintain and submit weekly cash rolling forecast to Treasury.
+ Manage monthly sales reporting templates used to support Global TVD sales calls to ensure visibility & accuracy into regional revenue forecasts used for discussions with Global TVD President.
+ Prepare monthly FX pacing inclusive of hedge activity, and quarterly FX allocation journal entry.
+ Work in conjunction with the Sr. Finance Manager to build cash forecast models, corporate reporting templates, and FCF submissions including variance analysis.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to reconcile intercompany revenue & cash eliminations.
+ Download weekly A/P reports and allocate posted invoices to the appropriate title, product owner and cost type.

Essential Responsibilities:
+ Research, Analyze, and Review Participation Statements for all release to markets including Theatrical, Television, and Home Video
+ Audit System results to ensure accuracy and compliance to contractual terms and obligations and send inquiries to the business units regarding discrepancies
+ Reconcile General Ledger Trial Balances with Statement Results to ensure accuracy of distribution accountings where required
+ Establish and maintain communication with various departments to obtain required information for statement analysis and issue resolution
+ Monitor steps in Cash Management process to ensure efficiency in pacing and account reconciliations
+ Work with Accounts Payable and Payroll departments to automate Participations payment processing from internal reporting system to the AP/Payroll systems including payments to agencies and other studios
+ Coordinate with external third parties to validate contractual contact information and setup for statement delivery

Basic Qualifications:
